This store is pretty good, enough for 4 stars. I guess the negative reviews on the Internet are caused by competitors.

The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays. If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.

The parking lot charges 150 Egyptian pounds, and there are doormen who are responsible for parking and picking up the car. The hotel has different types of rooms, we lived with a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, but there are also rooms in houses right on the beach! Breakfast takes place in a small restaurant on the beach, it is very simple and cute at the same time! The hospitable manager of this restaurant! It feels like a bombing has begun when they are taking them early in the morning along the pool! 🙈 Cocktails can be ordered by the pool, of course don’t expect much variety and quality) Great live music by the pool in the evening! There was a live concert inside the main building too! Hookahs can be ordered everywhere: from the pool to your room and on the beach on sun loungers. The wait staff is attentive for the most part. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I've got no complaints other than the fact that for 4 months now, their private beach has been closed due to government renovations on the beachfront and I do not remember being informed of this in the booking page before I booked. The main reason I booked was for the beach so understandably, I was disappointed.

Все развлечения в отеле платные - бильярд, аэрохоккей, теннис, гольф. Бассейн на крыше с подогревом! Жаль никто не сказал об этом, я нашла его только к концу второго дня пребывания. Сложно вызвать такси, это далеко от города. Нужно долго ждать. Из города тоже не все хотят туда ехать.

Wonderful location - near to 80% of the sites but not many tourists. Lots of amazing bakeries and cafes nearby with a local vibe. In Alexandria there was no hassle unlike Cairo, Aswan and Luxor. Service was very kind, friendly and professional. Value for money was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again.
