JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

GGuest UserChose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

Qqupid^_^The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

WWeifusifangzhongThe facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience.
