Amicable service for a boutique styled hotel. Was given a free upgrade and hotel staff brought up a complimentary fruit plate to my room. The room layout was very good as bathroom was well segregated with the bedroom. Good location as it’s walking distance to the famed Jianghan pedestrian street. Nothing to complain about as the price is really reasonably priced too. Overall was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up.

The place is a just a bridge next to Wuhan airport T3, that is a perfect place to stay for a super early flight next day. Or transfer flight. Nice price with super convenient location. The only issue would be the food option around hotel. There are not many choices. Anyways, I stayed there for a early transfer flight next day. I am happy for this hotel. Great!

Hotel is great and location is good. A lot of foo around and near to shopping area. Room is very clean and we are surprised with the projector in the room to watch TV shows, very big and sharp image. Bed is very comfortable. Overall everything is good and must eat dinner at their restaurant at level 8. Food is tasty and a waitress there, sorry i forgot your name, is very helpful and recommend nice food. Very patient and nice to help me to order food when i could only speak very basic mandarin

The front desk service was very good and took care of our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel gave the S-class a smart room. You don't have to get up. Just shout it on Xiaodu. I highly recommend this treasure hotel.

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Very nice hotel to stay for a short stay, huge room and good services. Controling the proyector without Chinese ID and western apps was imposible but it was still nice to have access to vip content. The location is great! Just 5 min walking from Wuhan university. And very good views from the elevator window

The hotel staffs are soooo friendly especially Nora! The facilities are super great, view is good, i got a free upgrade as wel, also the location is easy to find , just a few steps away from the metro or you could just take didi to any attractions at reasonable price!

The check-in happened to be on the fourth day of the Chinese New Year and the fifth day was about to welcome the God of Wealth. The front desk lady was very thoughtful and upgraded to a riverside suite. The lady was probably sent by the God of Wealth 😄 The hotel environment and service are as good as always

The hotel is located upstairs in Wanda Plaza, in the business district, opposite the river view, with a superior geographical location. The room is very clean. Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

The location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself. During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

The hotel is very close to the train station (10 minutes Walking), thereof perfect for visiting Yichang by train. We just staied there for one night but our impression was really good. The rooms are clean and modern and you have a nice view If you are in one of the higher floors. Furthermore we liked the fitness room despite its small size.

Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options.
