Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!

#Scaycation If you plan on never leaving the hotel this one is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast options were excellent and good variety of Asian and Western. The room was huge and the attention to detail was lovely. It had everything I needed cotton earbuds, three sets of towels, face wash , bath salt and much more. The staff was really helpful as well there were some language barrier miscommunication but they went above and beyond to clear it up. The Sauna is only for men, they have a steam room for women. Highly recommend as a relaxing get away.

📍 The geographical location is excellent, right on Lihuangpi Road, and the transportation is very convenient. There are creative stalls everywhere around, and the joy of shopping and eating can't be stopped at all. It is a paradise for those who like to explore new things. 🛏️ The room facilities are impeccable: ● Xiaodu intelligent voice control, you can get everything done just by saying a word, it is very convenient. ● Smart curtains and smart toilets, full of technology, instantly enhance the staying experience. ● The room is fully equipped with everything including refrigerator, safe, hangers, bathrobes, etc., which is very thoughtful. ● The large sofa is paired with double bedside tables, which maximizes the comfort level. ● There are two washbasins with separate dry and wet areas, which is really thoughtful. You don’t have to worry about crowding when washing up in the morning. 🏋️♀️ The hotel facilities are also very complete, with a gym and laundry room, which allows you to stay energetic at any time and keep your clothes clean at all times, which is very practical for people traveling for a long time. 🍽️ The catering service is also very user-friendly. Simple meals can be enjoyed in the lounge. If you don’t want to go out, they can be delivered directly to your room. It is really a blessing for lazy people. 📸 This is also a great place to take photos and check in. The environment inside and outside the hotel is very photogenic, and any photo you take will amaze your friends. The front desk also provides clothing in the style of the Republic of China, allowing you to experience the fun of taking photos across time and space. 💖 The overall experience is really great! The service is considerate and the facilities are advanced. You will fall in love with it after staying here once. As soon as you go downstairs, you will be surrounded by popular stalls, egg waffles, coffee carts, handmade stalls... It is very friendly to foodies. There are also the Xian'anfang retro building complex and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street nearby, making shopping and eating very convenient. Highly recommended to friends coming to Wuhan!

❤️🔥 The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the guests will smile and say hello. The touching feeling is very warm and kind. ～ especially the aunts in the room department ～ are very nice ～. 🧊 The most satisfying thing about this trip is the infinity pool. The pool is very clean. There is a bubble party at 6 o'clock in the evening. The children like ～ There are lifeguards on the shore when it is normally open. I like it very much. ～ And the pool is also very beautiful to take pictures. I like it so much! 🥗 Hotel breakfast buffet style, not many varieties, but can meet basic needs, and eat very well ～ also specially prepared breakfast for the dog ～ pet friendly ٩ (•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑) ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ 🟡 There is a small tent in the parent-child milk dragon room. The baby likes ～ but the female treasure is not very interested in milk dragon 😂. I personally suggest that the light in the milk dragon room needs to be improved. The light on the first floor is too dark for the child... In addition, the refrigerator sticker for the souvenir is really not good... It is recommended that the hotel improve ～ Small fans may be stronger than this 😂

**Facilities:** The hotel is said to be the former Novotel Xinhua, which was extremely popular a few years back and once had a stellar reputation. Consequently, the facilities are still very well-maintained and comprehensive. It truly lives up to the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. **Cleanliness:** Despite its location on a bustling food street, the hotel's exterior is remarkably clean, and the rooms are, without exaggeration, spotless. It's clear the management takes great pride in their meticulous upkeep. **Location:** Strategically located just a 15-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, it's also right next to the famous Wansongyuan Food Street – an absolute paradise for a foodie like myself! **Service:** The service was exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an iced drink, a local 'crispy ice' snack, and even cooling patches – so many thoughtful gestures I was almost overwhelmed! Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!

Everything was exceptional but two things: 1. my room temperature was very hot 27C and I called to complain about it every morning during my stay. technician came and fix it but the problem happened the next day again and again... frustrating! 2. breakfast is very poor and low quality. really surprised me the hotel don't invest in good breakfast like other good hotels in Wuhan.
