Excellent stay. Very friendly staff. Very varied food. Excellent place

The room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.

Is very nice. The food is good. A little bit noisy. But in Colombia all places are noisy. Next time in Cali. I will book again.

Facilities: Very new, clean and sanitary, good service. The breakfast is delicious with many choices. There is free water, but it is tap water. I had diarrhea and stomach discomfort after drinking it.

Hotel location can be, there is a pedestrian street on the side, just to CALI at the local festival, very lively at night, many people jump SALSA, similar to the domestic market, this old town is still relatively safe

Very close to the airport, and there is a free bus transfer, but you need to contact the hotel in advance to make an appointment. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the stay was good.

Es un hotel en términos general bien su restaurante es demasiado impersonal tarda mucho el servicio precisamente por lo amplio el gran ***** ***** es el servicio de parqueadero es increíble q te descrimine si reservas por la app y además de esto tengas q pagar una parte siendo el parqueadero del mismo hotel además los empleados son muy irregulares en su atención

Service was pristine! Perfect location, in Peñón area and close to everything.

The service is very good I booked a room for 3 people didn't stay that night as I had booked but the next day the hotel manager gave me a night of courtesy

The room is relatively simple, the hotel entrance is on the steps, the luggage needs to be carried up, not very convenient
