The room was cleaned very well and everything was available. The front desk service was great, especially Liu Yang, who had a great service attitude. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Xinxiang

Good hotel near the airport for an overnight stay. Free 24-hour airport shuttle service. I didn't try breakfast because my flight was very early, but I was given a bag of provisions at reception before I checked out. The room was spacious and clean.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. There are various types of tea at the front desk, which is very good. Xiaohe at the front desk has attentive service. The room has good lighting and is very clean. Highly recommended

Staffs are friendly. They may not able to communicate in English but it does not the problem as they are willing to chat via translate tool. Room is clean and comfortable. 4 free water bottles in room and 2 cans of cola/sprite. Free breakfast. Free light meal during 20:30-21:30. Near Luoyang Longmen high speed station. You may hear some noise as the trains arrive the station. A convenience store close to the hotel. A bit far from luoyi old town but easy to take taxi/didi to it. Overall is it is very good hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I got up early and took a walk in the hotel courtyard and saw the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the lobby manager Hou Ning for upgrading the room type. I forgot to bring contact lens care solution and helped me find a solution. The problem was handled very quickly!

Wonderful experience at Qichi Shui’an Homestay. The owners and staffs are exceptionally helpful in every way. Pictures reflect the actual status of the room & the facility. The stunning view from the huge window is just unforgettable. Thanks to the whole team who make us feel comfortable during our stay. Great value for money, not too far from the airport (although there’s not much nearby, but easy to move by taxi in Zhengzhou) and staff is super kind and helpful. Breakfast is very local but decent. Very clean

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

It is very speechless. After check-in, I will send two bathrobes through the network. I will be called by the front desk to inform you that this room type is not equipped with bathrobes. If not equipped, why? You can choose to remove this option directly, and there is no problem with the two bathrobes. Trip.com The gold diamond is really nothing in their eyes. I have been stressing that I have set the cheapest room type. It really makes people feel very uncomfortable. You can not upgrade my room. No problem, but you can't always stimulate customers in words. It's really a stomach-churning and now Fat Donglai Angel City Store can't enter the supermarket from the parking lot in the morning. You have to queue up on the ground, so this hotel has no advantage. Everyone choose carefully.

I don't like to go to crowded cities during the Golden Week, so I always come to Hebi. Hilton is the best choice for accommodation. It's right after getting off the highway, and it's also very close to the high-speed rail. The ground parking lot and underground parking lot are ample and free. It was full during the May Day holiday. Judging from the guests at breakfast, most of them were traveling with their children. The license plates at the door were from Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanxi. Seeing that we were checking in with our children, they gave us thoughtful children's toothbrushes and slippers, and gave us children's toys when we checked out. It was so thoughtful. The whole family likes to stay here.
