Very good shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Short distance to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed due to renovation work. But we were not informed about this beforehand.

I got a great deal for the hotel booking with Trip.com. All was great. The restaurant was a very nice place, but the food was hit or miss.

This is my second time here. I like this hotel very much. There are mountains behind it. There is a **** convenience store nearby. There is a large supermarket about three kilometers away by taxi. The room is a bit small and the breakfast is average.

Very nice hotel! Room is nice and clean. It is located on nice quieter area but still within walking distance to Costenera mall. Nice toiletries but no toothbrush or toothpaste provided unlike most hotels. Breakfast is superb! They have alot of healthy variety to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel! 👍🏻

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. The facilities and services of a five-star hotel. Everything is perfect at a four-star price. Yes, it only costs $4 to wash a jacket, which is great. Standing on the window sill on the 11th floor to watch the sunset, it is beautiful.

The watch is right in front of Costnera Center, so it's easy to use the facilities by walking. The staff were very friendly and it was nice that they prepared a packed lunch for us when we checked out early.

Go straight inside the bus station and go out from Gate 4. The bus to the airport is at No. 22, which only sells tickets for the day. The bus leaves at 7 am every day, every 20 minutes. Just prepare change to give to the driver. If you take the bus from the airport, you can see T1 when you exit Gate 6, and T2 when you exit Gate 4. You can buy tickets at the baggage claim exit and at the bus stop, and get off at the end. Go out of the bus building and turn right to the traffic light on the four-lane road. The roadside building across the road is this hotel, with a glass door, not very obvious.
