Fantastic location right at the Brussels Midi station. Lovely staff who could speak multiple languages and breakfast ofger good varieties for options. The city centre is about 22 minutes' walk and quite navigable with the Google map app. Very good overall.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Metro & trains station are all within walking distance. Not too far to walk to walk to the Grand Market too. Nice breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Gluten free and vegan options too. Wish they would change the menu after 2-3 days. Got sick of the repeated menu by 3rd day. Love the 24h gym and sauna.

Excellent hotel, the area is very ordinary, you can see and feel dangers, so much so that on the first day 3 police cars arrived to search passers-by. This can be difficult for adults in a new city, but even more so if you go with children. The facilities are perfect for children, ours enjoyed the hotel very much.

I stayed in ibis Brussel midi only 1 night. I got really good service from staff. There are several services provided in hotel, including bar zone and common space. Moreover, it’s very close to the midi station and market, thus it is very convenient to stay. However, it takes only 15 minute from other attractions if you wish to walk. I recommend to stay here.

I had an excellent short stay at the B&B Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast with yogurts, eggs, croissants and some vegetables, clean room and coffee facilities at the end of the hall on every floor. The mattress are quite firm (I say this having and extra firm mattress at home). The doors slam shut if not guided, so you might want to arm yourself with some earplugs against potential inconsiderate neighbours. I recommend staying here if you want to be in the quiet Ixelles area.

The hotel was good. The location is good. One thing you need to be careful about is that this hotel comes in an uphill location, so you need to be ready to walk. There is only one thing that made my stay awful. it was some stains on the bed. I arrived at 2 AM. I was tired and I decided to sleep but in the morning I woke up. And I found out that the bed was having weird spots, It looks like human ****.

The hotel is of good quality, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist us, offering information on local restaurants and chocolate shops. Our stay in the room was comfortable, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, being situated near a bar district, there is a possibility of late-night noise from people on the streets during weekends, which could be somewhat disruptive. Additionally, the hotel's location is not ideal, requiring a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the city center and 15 minutes to the nearest railway station. Nevertheless, considering the price point, these minor drawbacks are acceptable.

JJASON_PAIWe arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

AAnonymous UserHere are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day.

CCharlieALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

MMrWong888If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly stay in Brussels, Hotel Siru is your go-to! Nestled right next to the Rogier subway station, the location is a dream for both avid explorers and lazy travelers alike. Seriously, if it were any closer to the subway, it would be on the tracks! The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!

FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

MMei ChanWe stayed at Hilton Brussels Grand Place for 11 nights, and while the location really is unbeatable—right across from Central Station and so convenient for exploring the city—there were quite a few things that left me a little disappointed, especially considering the price. Housekeeping was the biggest letdown. It was inconsistent from day to day—some days we came back to no towels, no bath mat, or bins left unemptied. On the eve of our checkout, there was no housekeeping at all. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it felt like we were just forgotten. For a hotel like Hilton, I expected more consistency and care. The gym also didn’t live up to expectations. It felt neglected—messy, not well looked after, and missing basic things like lighter dumbbells (no 2kg or 3kg options at all). After daylight saving time changed, the clock on the wall wasn’t adjusted, and the water at the gym wasn’t replenished. Small things, but they added up and made it feel like the space wasn’t managed with guests in mind. I really wanted to love the stay. The location and comfort of the room were great, and that’s why it’s all the more disappointing when the basics fall through. Hopefully, these are things the hotel can look into—it wouldn’t take much to turn a good stay into a great one.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
