4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

The atmosphere is good, the service is very good. If you come during the fog, it will be very beautiful. I recommend contacting the room before going up. My friend arranged for a car to pick me up.

Stayed here last month during our self-drive trip. The room was clean, nicely designed, and reasonably sized for two people. The price was affordable and offered good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk who was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital, 7-Eleven, Watsons, Mini Big C, and plenty of food options. Although there is no on-site parking, there are parking spaces nearby within a short 100-meter walk, which was manageable for us. One thing to note is that the hotel only has 3 floors and no elevator. Also, the front desk is not staffed late at night, but guests can contact the emergency number if any assistance is needed. Overall, a great choice for travelers with a car. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Excellent service, lovely staff, comfortable and peaceful accommodation. I give it 9/10. I deducted points for a minor issue with the toilet – the toilet was overflowing, which might have just happened on the day I checked in. Overall, it was great. If you're looking for family-friendly accommodation, I recommend this place.

Location 15min walk to Kim Yong and Lee Garden market, which suitable for SongKran and daily meal / purchase. No main traffic around of hotel enable quiet and clean atmosphere for rest. Front desk host is helpful, Stable and fast Wifi Speed with room card to access lift for safety. 2 bottle of water ,changeable with housekeeper when needed with no extra charge, as long as not bringing out or lost/broken. Water supply and pressure is stable, with heater for bath. Window toward east bright and warm on day.

Good sized room and bathroom. Small balcony. Plenty of storage space. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room. Good aircon and Wi-Fi. Very nice staff, very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and street stalls close by. About a 15 minute walk to old town. Close to minibus station for Hat Yai and Nakhon.

Overall, it's good. The room is clean, but the air conditioner isn't very cool. I woke up covered in sweat. It's a bit far from Songkhla city, so it's difficult to get a taxi. It's much better to have your own car.

A bit far walking distance if from Lee Gardens , but can access by Grab , nice service of front desk and the room is super clean and big .

I really liked it. It's close to the university, easy to find food, the rooms are clean, and there's parking for guests.
