I strongly recommend this hotel. Staffs are excellent in customer service. They are polite and they always see that the customers are always happy in meeting the hotel expectations. With my 5 days staying at the hotel i feel like i am in my home. Big thanks to Ate Margie and Kuya ike and the rest of the staffs. Continue to maintain your excellent customer service.

Small, nice room, clean, there were no problems with hot water, there was no mold either (this is a big plus). 1. The windows of the rooms face the roadway (highway), so if you like to sleep, you won’t be able to do it without earplugs, as the noisy road will wake you up. 2. I would like a mini refrigerator in the room 3. There is no place in the room to dry things, there were 1-2 dryers in the corridor (it is not clear whether they were public, or someone took them out of their room) and they were occupied by someone’s things, someone dried their things right on the windowsill in the corridor , in principle, things don’t dry well in the hallway.

I recently stayed at Casa Belina and was thoroughly impressed with the value for money. As a budget-conscious traveler, I was blown away by the 5-star services offered at this affordable hotel. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk, saving me a hassle and some extra cash. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Belina to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

Fantastic hotel! They provide affordable pickup and return to airport. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Motorcycle rentals and tour bookings are all available directly through the hotel at a good price. Would definitely stay again!

Kaia Isabel Inn is very bad ! They do not even give us a notice that the inn is under renovation so they refer us to the new building which in turn asking us for more money (400 pesos ) just to let us stay in the hotel , they even suggested to cancel our booking if we don’t want to pay for the additional fees when the purpose of booking online is for us to generally save money compared to walk in booking. Very bad management ! They don’t know how to handle and adjust such situation when actually it’s all their fault . I wonder why they are here in trip.com ? Remove them in this platform please

One of the best hotel that fits for families and dont want to buy expensive food from outside,coz villa Pamana Inn hotel allows you to cook to enjoy a meal with your family,very accommodating staff 10/10,very clean rooms and their pool was well maintained,decided to extend 1more night to stay.Kudos to the handa on owner👏👏👏

Good base for short stays in puerto princesa. Fairly new, clean rooms, good shower bathrooms. Comfortable bed. 15 min tuk tuk from puerto princesa seafront. 10 min walk to modern robinson mall

It’s a good hotel with helpful staff. I chose it because of emergency and I didn’t regret. The room was clean enough. There is a TV-set with lots of channels. They serve breakfast at suitable for guests time ( a guest can warn the staff what time is more convenient for him/her to have breakfast). WiFi is also pretty good and fast there. The only thing I didn’t like was small “babies” ants. They ran around the table and even on the floor. And at 6:00 am every morning roosters nearby sang their songs disturbing me. Generally, I would give 3.5 out of 5. And most of taxi drivers know the place. Thus it’s not a problem to find it.

The rooms are very small, the bed is also small and the bathroom too. In addition, the shower which is glued to the toilet and the sink has no edge so the water runs everywhere. There is also no place to put your toiletries. The staff is generally friendly but lacks professionalism. The location is well away from the noisy streets but still close to the center. The breakfasts were included fortunately because the à la carte prices are very high and there is not much variety. The wifi is not very good, we did not pick up well in the room. We stayed 6 nights.

The location is great, very close to the restaurant and the port, the environment is comfortable and bright, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room equipment is comfortable and tidy, and the breakfast is also very rich, I will stay here again next time

Very beautiful and very atmospheric hotel, quiet, cozy, I heard this hotel recommended by Lonely Planet. The hotel is very nice, there is a green courtyard where you can dry your clothes during the day. Quiet at night, not too remote, close to the airport. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel arranged for us to arrive at the airport at four o'clock. The staff was very friendly. In the hall, we also saw the logo of the cat eagle, which is very good!

I had an amazing stay at Ricardo Valley Inn ! The property is situated on a hill with a stunning pool at the top, offering incredible views. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of included amenities, making it a great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely return!

The location is good, center. Nearby are restaurants and cafes. The beds are clean, the pillows are also clean. Plumbing needs updating. The air conditioner is noisy at night, you have to sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is very meager: no fruit, basic butter, cheese. Wi-Fi signal is not stable. A huge negative towards the hotel employee: we had to go to the ferry to El Nido by 7:30 o'clock. She advised arriving at the ferry terminal in 2!!! hours. For what? So that we wait there for 2 hours for the ferry to depart? Are you out of your mind? It’s good that we didn’t listen to her and left at 6:45. And we all managed to do it. Incompetent employee.

Because there is no bread, there are 4 kinds of rice for breakfast. The first one is delicious. On the first day, I don’t know how many ants are on the sheets. I didn’t change it with the front desk. I eliminated the ants and no ants. The next day, there was no change for the tip. I didn’t hang the sign to clean the room. On the third day, I hanged the sign and changed the sheets. The tip was also confiscated. It’s good. I knew that the next day I was called. After cleaning, the waiter asked the younger brother to carry the baggage to the second floor, and there was no tip.
