The bathroom was very simple without any shampoo or shower gel provided which was different from the description on booking. There was no one at the reception and you have to do the check-in and check-our by yourself. Can't expect too much as it is a hostel.

The hotel is a mountain B&B. The house has a history of more than 200 years. The hotel and the surrounding environment are very good. Looking up, you can see the mountains and the town. Although the toilet and bathroom are shared, they are very clean. The male owner is a handsome guy. He personally picked us up from Interlaken Railway Station to the hotel. The 7-kilometer mountain road, his driving skills are so good. Both the owner and the waiter are very enthusiastic. The restaurant is very warm and the overall feeling is very comfortable.

The view from the window is very nice. The staff are very nice as well. But the room suffers from the noise from other rooms. If people come back late or wake up early you can hear their movements and talks. I was waked up in the early morning. But what more you can expect in this price.

The location is good. The owner and service staff can communicate in Chinese and their attitude is cordial. Bonus points 👍 It's clean enough, but the house is quite old, a bit like a hotel converted from a house. The bathroom smelled musty. There is no front desk. After ringing the doorbell and talking to the owner, Hotel Toscana, he will tell you how to check in. I arrived late and was very uneasy. Feeling cheated. If you travel by car, it is inconsistent with the private parking space at our store address. The parking space in front of the store belongs to someone else and is not accessible. The parking space is at another address, hotel toscana. I was notified until I rang the doorbell.

Because a person came out to travel, so I booked the cheapest single room in Wengen, and there is a private bathroom cost-effective. Downstairs is the restaurant, the normal Western food price, but a large share, I feel that if two people order a staple food plus side dishes. 200 meters away from the train station, Wengen is very small, so the accommodation is actually very convenient to the train station. The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car, Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light.
