We loved this hotel! Fabian and all of the front desk staff where amazing and made us feel so welcome. It's very close to the train station and walking distance to old town. Breakfast was also good in the M Lounge and the view from our junior suite was amazing. Our only complaint is the elevator situation. We almost missed our flight because it took us 30 minutes to get down. Only 2 out of 3 elevators where working the day we were leaving. Otherwise, it's a great hotel!

This is a very delicate and delicate hotel in all aspects. The waiters in each position are polite and standardized. The variety is good and the quality is excellent. The hall is located on the second floor facing the main landscape of the Lima River. It is very good. The hotel is in a good location. Going to Zurich will still choose the Storchen Hotel

This is a great hotel at a great location. Just opposite the train station n near the famous shopping street. Can walk to the river and National Museum behind the train station. The staff are very friendly and professional. Even the house keepers are very professional. Breakfast is not bad but always same type of food.

Beautiful and modern structure, located in a quiet area. The environment is elegant, modern and welcoming, with a large internal breakfast room with a wide selection of sweet, savory and fresh fruits, and above all, delicious coffee on the terrace outside the bar. The hotel is located near Lake Zurich. The overall price-performance ratio is not a problem in Zurich. After arriving at the hotel, the basic luggage service is up to the level of Park Hyatt. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. They actively provided us with help and introduced us to the various facilities of the hotel. When I thought I forgot my wallet at the previous hotel, I immediately offered to help contact them. The hotel room is considered large in Switzerland and has been well maintained since 2004. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a tilted angle that is more common in Europe, that is, there is no door that can be completely closed to separate the shower area. I personally don't like this design. In general, Park Hyatt Zurich is a good choice for a budget of 800-1000 Swiss francs per night.

Because it is a suite, the area of the hotel is the largest among all the rooms in Switzerland for 8 days. I live in the suite 4e in the residential area. It is very quiet and clean. The room hardware is very particular and the details are good. Very close to Lake Zurich, 3 minutes walk to the lake. Toiletries are L’Occitane single, non-alcoholic beverages in the mini bar are free, and breakfast is the most abundant in the Swiss itinerary, but from a Chinese perspective, there are still very few varieties. The surrounding area is not far from the tram and railway station, it is convenient to travel, there are many places to eat around, there is no shopping and small supermarket. The service is very caring, the waiter will chat with you, ask what you need, and explain very carefully. The kettle needs to be requested by the front desk, the toilet and shower space in the room is relatively small, the room is a bit old, it is well maintained, and most people can accept it.
