The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

The hotel is very closed to Gangbei port. Easy to access. The hotel is surrounded with a variety of big and small shops that you can choose to eat. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were very polite and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that so guests were smoking at the lobby.

The location is particularly good, in the Innovation Fang Building. The location is directly to the door, the room is large, clean and clean, the whole house has Siemens refrigerator, water heater, toiletries are very easy to use, there are disposable towels and bath towels, memory pillows are very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, and there is free Nongfu Spring. Butler service is in place. The second floor is directly connected to the shopping mall, it is very convenient to eat, and there are many to play. The environment is very quiet, recommend friends to come again next time.

The cleaning aunt changes the sheets and bedding every day, which is very heartwarming. There is a VIP HD TV in the room, so you can watch whatever you want. This is a very unique hotel, elegant and romantic, very comfortable, creating a homely feeling. The front desk staff is very gentle, enthusiastic and efficient. Yesterday, we asked the front desk to collect a cake and put it in the refrigerator. When we came back to ask for it, it was quickly delivered to the room. Before checking out, we accidentally broke the mouthwash cup in the room. The front desk immediately cared about whether we were injured. It was really considerate. The check-out procedure was also handled very quickly. The waiter also said goodbye to us very warmly. It was really nice.

This time I came here specifically to give myself a relaxing vacation. From check-in onwards, there is almost one-to-one VIP service. Every staff member is courteous and kind. The room manager, Raymonda, kindly took me around and introduced the entire Zhenlin Park. It is indeed a hidden paradise. Although the location is not that convenient, there are many activities in the hotel and almost everything you need. The spa and restaurants are all five-star. I particularly recommend the restaurant’s glass pigeon.

The room is quite big and quiet. The layout is like the style of the 1930s. Thank you for giving one more breakfast. The breakfast is also great! The steamed buns are handmade, not semi-finished, and delicious

I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly professional, making my time by the beautiful sea in Zhuhai truly relaxing. A special thanks to the hotel manager? Yukoo, who was exceptionally kind and even provided me with honey ginger tea when I caught a cold. Over the top service with this exceptional staff at reception Aurora! I booked 2 rooms (a 2 bedroom suite and a one king family room). We were able to check into our 2 bedroom suite at 11am and Ms Aurora explained that our second room will be available in about an hour. She even gave us her WeChat and informed us when our room was ready. We needed to book shuttle bus from hotel to Chimelong for 11 people and she helped us over WeChat as well. Thank you Aurora, we will definitely come back again!
