I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel in Hengqin, Zhuhai, and the experience was great! 1⃣Environment: The guest rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and most importantly, there is no odor‼ ️ I found many hotels that night and they were all stuffy. After arriving in Vienna, the front desk immediately arranged for the hotel staff to take us to the room, and they also sent the room card to the door with a robot, which avoided trouble. We lived on the 23rd floor, the air was very good, and we could see the mountain view and nearby high-rise buildings on the balcony. The balcony was also equipped with a very tight anti-theft net to ensure safety. 2⃣Hygiene: The shower room was very clean, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the toiletries were of high quality, and the details were very considerate. It was very convenient to order takeout and eat around. 3⃣Service: Because it was a parent-child trip, the front desk customer service was very considerate to upgrade us to a suitable room and prepare sufficient quilts. For breakfast, we prepared Sam's bread and milk, which tasted great! As soon as I got up, I saw breakfast at the door, which was very considerate❤️The car was parked for free. During the stay, the hotel staff handled the problem very quickly, and if there was a problem, calling the front desk could get a very effective and timely solution. 4⃣ Facilities: There is a place similar to a kitchen when you come into the hotel, where we can put snacks, luggage and boil water. It looks very homely. There was no such place in previous hotels. We could only put our luggage on the floor or on the bed, which was very troublesome. There are also wardrobes and quilts in the room we stayed in. If you feel cold, you can add them yourself. 6⃣ The hotel also has corresponding fire-fighting equipment in place, and the facilities are very complete and very satisfactory. From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff are enthusiastic and patient, and they also take the initiative to help plan the tour route. Overall, Vienna Hengqin Hotel is worth staying in!

Poly Plaza, looks high-end. Behind the Cultural Center, very close to Tianmu Qintai, but not open at night, lights off. Hengqin's popularity has dropped to freezing point. The hotel is right in Poly Plaza. Alas, I have stayed in Vienna Hotel many times, this one is the worst. The room is not big, just OK, the facilities are old, the room smells bad, cramped, the carpet is old and dirty. The environment outside the hotel is good, the price is not cheap, it is expensive. I will not go to Hengqin next time.

The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in experience was good. I upgraded to a suite room for free. It was very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of Hengqin and Macau. Free parking on the underground first floor, convenient and fast.
