Great location. Next to small shopping mall Have a small night market

The front desk staff was very helpful. She has given us many rooms to select in order for us to find a room without the smell of the smokes (as I’m allergic to any smoking smells). After seeing several rooms, we have finally chosen a room which was not the same as what we have paid for (no window). The room’s condition was also not good, not clean. TV and bathroom door was not clean, having many stains on it. We found even cockroach near the TV area. My husband couldn’t stand the stains on the door and the bathroom wall, so he even cleaned it himself. Why we have to pay for the room and we need to clean it ourselves?

Firstly is near to gongbei Port. Very impressed and accessible place to be in. Very good service from the front desk reception price is attractive, hygiene cleaniness yes, would definitely reconsider for next trip.
