I made a temporary decision on day 2 to purchase a hotel room for another day. When I went to check out on the 3rd day, I found that the staff repeatedly overcharged us for 1 night room + 2 adult bath vouchers + overnight fee. 房間衞生乾淨，工作人員服務態度好。

客房冷氣不冷，我們睡到半夜就離開，現在那麼熱天氣真的很辛苦，希望之後會有改善，今次體驗真的失望，之前有空會來玩樂的。

本人第二次入住湯悅，湯泉衛生也算整潔，客房環境舒適乾淨、技師按摩手法也不錯，工作人員態度親切，有機會下次再來

酒店、按摩房的環境是不錯的，而且設施看得出都保養得比較好和較新。我們是凌晨12點入住的，早在兩週前就訂好，但從前台的表現中看出，酒店方完全遺漏了我們這個訂單，所以前台看上去比較驚慌和緊張，不淡定的表現，讓身為客人的我們也感到不安。在我們訂了酒店的前提下，酒店員工還是在問我們收取過夜費，在我們多次提到我們有訂房後，酒店員工才沒有再問（酒店方是否存在不合理消費的操作？）。雖然最後事情解決了，但是體驗感已經變差。在進入到沐浴區，因為沒有把儲物櫃關上，被員工數落了一頓，我來享受服務的，就算我沒有關上，我認為員工都可以幫客人關上，或者態度好一點去提醒客人，我都會接受，但是員工態度惡劣，加上前台的問題，已經令我感到非常不滿。另一位同伴也說出沐浴區衛生欠佳，在洗澡的地方居然有固體排泄物，雖然是公共空間，但是這個問題也很嚴重了吧？

極其噁心，還有避孕套沒清理乾淨。地面也有明顯的不明液體的水漬，絕對沒有下一次。當然也沒有這些圖片，不噁心各位了。 服務還是可以的，就是太臟了。
