Zhuhai Ocean Spring Hotel has been open for nearly 20 years, but this is my first time here. I used to go to Conghua, Qingyuan, Zengcheng, Huizhou or Sanxiang in Zhongshan to soak in hot springs in the north. This time I feel very good. First of all, the environment is good. It is a large resort with few people. It is close to the sea and the air is fresh. In addition to soaking in hot springs, walking around in the resort is very relaxing and comfortable. Secondly, the service is good. The housekeeper Zhang Li is very considerate and thoughtful. She handles the feelings and needs of guests in a timely, flexible and efficient manner. We are very satisfied and will come often in the future.

This is my first time total at The PATA Hotel with my families total 14 persons during this Easter Holidays. Hotel rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are polite & helpful in particular check in staff A1250 she is excellent very helpful and nice. She provided excellent service and provided detailed information, answered all my enquires promptly. Breakfast is good many varieties. Hotel provided free shuttles go around nearby areas… very convenient. I will recommend friends to stay at PATA. Thanks
