Great location, clean facilities, family friendly, exclusive breakfast, friendly and helpful hotel staff, great rooms, and many more. They even upgraded our room as a gesture. Every year, when we come to the Island Crossing Ultra Trail, we plan to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

The bellboy was very accommodating, helping with all of our baggages. There was one people in the check in counter (red uniform) who can not speak and understand English, and quite rude. She told us that we did not have a reservation, but she just didn't understand English and has to ask her superior, and while paying the credit card and she told us to just use cash because their card machine was not working well with one of our credit cards. The hospitality service of the girl was just unexpected, so be prepared for a translator device, so that you could communicate effectively with them. Location: It is very near the Puji temple. Restaurant: We have tried the morning buffet, there were only few selections of food, and the buffet was not worth the 60rmb you will need to pay for. I suggest you to walk at least 10 minutes to find the restaurants and groceries.

This year, the hotel manager Lao Zhang received us warmly and attentively, and provided us with various conveniences for our trip. My grandma and I went out early the next morning, and the child stayed in the hotel to rest by himself. Because the stomach still hurt, the housekeeper helped to go out to buy medicine and sent breakfast to the room. Because I want to experience different hotels, I booked another night at another hotel before going to the island. Overall, the price of this hotel is proportional to the service. Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

It's very good, clean and cost-effective. It's very convenient to eat around. It's very close to Puji Temple and the Xitian Scenic Area. There is no breakfast, but it is good to have breakfast at the vegetarian restaurant at the back of the B&B.

The experience of Boyuan Hotel is great! It is conveniently located between Fayu Temple and Dacheng Temple, quiet and peaceful. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window while lying on the bed. Xiaomei, the general manager of Jieyuan Store, is professional and enthusiastic, just like family. She treats guests with patience and a confident smile on her face. Stayed here for two days, one day at Haizhongzhou and the next day at Hilton opposite. By comparison, the environment, attitude and service of Haizhongzhou are much better than those opposite. The buffet downstairs is also great. I will stay here again next time I come.

Maybe the shower head interface in my room is leaking a little, but the water flow is also above medium! Disadvantages: This is the only thing I need to complain about. The room may not be able to destroy the structure and carvings of the house itself because it is a historical building, so the building materials of some rebuilt places are not very good. Although I don’t have neighbors on the left and right, I didn’t expect that there are neighbors in front and behind. The family in the room behind us can take a bath and talk clearly, which is really embarrassing 😅! I was suddenly awakened by the sound of the shower next door after a good rest! There is no sound insulation at all. The door of the room is closed and the cleaning aunt at the door is talking clearly, probably because the door is an old wooden door! If you come to burn incense and want to have a good rest after a tiring day, you really can’t rest here. You will be awakened by the bear kid next door early in the morning, running around and shouting in the room! The customer service also came to see it, but because there were no extra rooms for us that day, they replaced it! The attitude of the villa staff to solve the problem is still very positive! It is recommended to travel light if you live here. There is no pick-up service at home, and there are many people on the bus! Overall, the price environment service is worth it and recognized, but it would be better if some problems can be solved!
