We stayed from 21-23 May. My friend’s room 1110 flooded and they changed to another room 1112 which also flooded. Poor plumbing. But 21 May afternoon shift reception and room service staff were great! They tried very hard to resolve issues. Also, 22 May afternoon shift reception staff helped us booked very last minute tickets to Impression performance

The hotel's restaurant is clean and serves very good breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I went to Putuo Mountain to worship Buddha. This time I chose Bihai Villa Hotel because it is close to Puji Temple. The hotel housekeeper Chen Yan will call to ask what time to arrive at Putuo Mountain. She will tell you where to get on the bus, etc. because the hotel has no car to pick you up. Because I didn't see the room type that day, I ordered it, but it turned out to be a big bed. I communicated with the hotel housekeeper to see if it could be changed to a twin bed. Ms. Guo at the front desk immediately adjusted the room and let us check in quickly. The hotel environment is very good. The housekeeper patiently explained. Next time my friends come, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to Puji Temple. It is very convenient to take the bus to every place. The back door is Baibusha, and the Internet celebrity coffee is just a short walk in front.
