All staff is kind and sincere. The hotel location is a little bit far away from the subway station. But no problem because we can use DD conviently. But the staff is required to use English.

Very high quality hotel and very helpful staff. The front desk was very courteous and greeted us every time, helped us with bags, and assisted with every need. Our baby had a GI issue during the trip and the cleaning staff helped to clean everything promptly. Our stay was very clean and comfortable. Definitely would come back again.

I very very enjoyed my says for 3 days, all i great including the breakfast, but the most important is the staff who helped me tooooo much and specially Miss Betty and Mr. Barry and the best manager mr. Jack

I rarely comment let alone give negative reviews. But this hotel needs bad reviews. I checked in at almost three o'clock in the afternoon, but the front desk said that the room I booked had not been cleaned yet and asked me to wait. Can't check-in at the hotel at 2 o'clock? The front desk told me that the hotel has more than 70 rooms, and the occupancy rate on that day exceeded 100%. Half of the rooms are occupied by tenants. The other half is cleaning. I told the front desk that the other half of the number is more than 30 rooms. It is impossible for all 30 rooms to be cleaned at the same time! Some must have been cleaned. Because it's already three o'clock in the afternoon. I asked if I could be given a room first, even if I had to leave my luggage and then change rooms later. After a long struggle, I was given a room to put my luggage. The front desk service is acceptable because it is ok in terms of politeness, but it is not flexible enough in handling problems. The same can't be said for the Housekeeping department, because it's impossible to have half the number of rooms being cleaned at three in the afternoon. I asked to speak to the general manager of the hotel, and the front desk said that they had been notified, but the general manager did not contact me until I left the hotel. This is the most condescending hotel general manager I have ever encountered. So with such a general manager, how can the following employees do their jobs well? I live in a duplex room, but there is only one phone on the upper floor, and there is no phone on the lower floor. The phone rang. I was on the lower floor and had to run to the upper floor to answer the phone. The design was definitely sick! ! !

The hotel is really nice👍, the environment is quiet, breakfast is served at the Crown Hotel, with rich varieties, the swimming pool is 18 meters x 25 meters, we went to swim at 10 o'clock in the evening, it was still open, parking is convenient, we went on May Day, and they also upgraded our room for free, the front desk guy and the beauty were enthusiastic, the cleaning staff were very serious, the overall effect was very good, next time I come to Zhengzhou, I will stay here again.

She always gives a charming smile to guests, like a warm and sweet sister at home. And Mr. Zhang helped us send the things left by the guests in the hotel to our Xiamen company. The front desk and concierge of the hotel are very polite and send a spring-like smile to the guests. I heard that there is a manager named JACKY, whose English is also very good. Our Indian colleagues praised him for a long time. In the end, I didn't meet him. Next time I have a chance, I can also meet this manager and speak a few words of English.
