首先聲明我不是惡意差評，是被酒店弄無語了。入住一切還算順利，晚上想洗澡的時候發現花灑沒有熱水。剛開始我還以為是我調錯了熱水，後來打電話讓前台工作人員上門處理。我那時候已經把衣服脱了準備洗澡，給冷水淋得差點感冒。後來又擦乾水穿好衣服讓工作人員上門檢查，確實是熱水故障。後麪店家給出的解決方案是換房間，居然衹是換同樣的房型，也沒有其他補償措施！讓我渾身濕漉漉的收拾行李穿着拖鞋到9樓入住，到了9樓後發現房間的窗户是開着的且沒有關紗窗，我質疑這麼晚房間開着窗是否會有蚊子，後來半夜被蚊子咬醒，耳朵都是包完全無法入睡，第二天早早退房走了。體驗感非常差！店家應該房費減免一點補償或者免費升級房型，改善顧客的體驗感吧？這個是酒店設備的故障造成的問題，店家這種解決問題的態度和方法，下次都不會再選擇入住了。

服務：工作人員態度很好，地理位置好，交通方便，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，房間沒有異味，這次出差過來住的，很不錯。下次可以再來。

前台小暉態度很好，床很舒服，工作人員很熱心，總體下來都不錯，下次會優先考慮來這一家。早餐也是很不錯的。

房間舒適，很安靜，床鋪軟硬適中，停車很方便，給升級了房間，早餐也不錯，前台服務非常好，整體非常推薦（焦成）

出差訂的酒店，地理位置挺方便的，打車去周邊的景區都是10-20幾塊左右。打車到肇慶站也衹有20來分鐘。 房間很大，裝修很復古~

床褥很乾凈睡得舒心，設施很新很全，環境很安靜。停車方便，裝修風格服務設施比較高檔。總體不錯值得推薦。
