The Spring Festival family traveled to Zhangzhou , the hotel is in a good location, there is a shopping mall next to it, the hotel has a special parking area, and it is convenient to eat. The front desk service is very warm, the room is good, the LOFT big bed room has a big tea table, and the family drinks tea at night to eat and watch TV. The hotel also sent disposable bath towels and local specialties, the snacks are quite delicious.

The location is on the edge of Wanda Outer Street, very convenient. The space in the room is big enough and bright enough, very good. There is a problem with the door chain of the concierge, the length is not enough to be deducted, and then the TV network is not good. If you want to watch a TV series, you will put a piece of music and it will be broken. The disposable towels provided are not very effective. We got a free upgrade as we are visiting during the lull period. The nice room is nicely equipped, nicely maintained, and has a large balcony looking out at the river. Both the day and night views are amazing. Special shout out to Whitney Huang who took very good care of us at breakfast. We got free entrance to the onsen area as part of the hotel stay - which was amazing.

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

At night, the noise of the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all, even when the heating was turned off. It was buzzing. And the decoration was that of an apartment, not a hotel. The experience of a 2,000 yuan room was extremely poor. Sometimes it took several minutes to wait for the hot spring car, and it was so cold and there were children. I wanted to get angry several times.

We booked the family room, which is like a suite with a living area that it suitable for hosting visitors. Honestly that was the best feature of the room, plenty of space for 3 people to spread out and also for any visitors. There was a weird smell in the room from time to time which we couldn't quite pinpoint. Overall cleanliness was otherwise OK. Do note the location of the hotel is a little hard to find as the hotel is tucked behind another building so there is just a small alleyway for you to get to. Local drivers seemed familiar enough though so if you are getting to the hotel by taxi no issues.

I went to the May Day holiday and it was the first time I went to the village. In the quiet village, parking was very convenient. When I entered the door, the steps like a fairyland were very comfortable. The inside was also great. We didn’t live along the lake this time. I lived in the middle of the building. The view was also very good. It was quite big and comfortable. The owner and sister Yang are very enthusiastic, there is a relaxed and comfortable feeling of going home, and there are two dogs, Adu and his son Alpha, super obedient, especially cute! In short, the trip to Zhuang is good, very suitable for relaxing vacation, the first time I come, I will go again next time!
