The location is very convenient to the ancient streets and there are a lot of restaurants close by. The building has a good view of the city and it is right next to the creek/lake. The room was clean. The staff generally was very friendly and helpful except one girl who was impatient answering our request for food recommendations. We got a cold answer that all information is included in the PDF file they sent and we just need to turn left after walking out. Other than that, we were happy with our stay at this hotel.

Facilities: All the equipment in the room are very new (as shown in the picture). After all, it is a new B&B, and most of the electrical appliances are from Xiaomi. The curtains can be controlled intelligently.
Hygiene: Of course it’s good!
Environment: The B&B is located in the ancient city of Zhangzhou. The environment is quiet and not noisy at night. The exterior decoration is very beautiful (pictured)
Service: The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and was also gentle and considerate. She took us to the room, told us how to use the smart device, and gave us food recommendations and attractions. The guy with glasses at the front desk spoke softly and was very nice. He was very considerate and reminded me of the breakfast options. He also took the initiative to remind me that there were welcome fruits in the room. Since I checked in late, the guy took the initiative to explain that the chef had gone off work and asked about the time period for the next day. Several families traveled together. The tree house facilities were very good and unique. The park landscape was naturally beautiful. The children had a lot of fun in the cute pet park. When I got off the bus and saw the building next door, I thought it was the B&B I booked, but I was surprised. It is also convenient to eat here. You can order the food in advance and eat it at the time, because all three meals are done in the B&B. I didn't expect the ingredients to be fresh. XXiaoxiaodou～🏨The B&B is a large farmhouse. It has three stores in Yunshuiyao. It is relatively strong. The Yunshuichan we stayed in is a two-story building. However, because there are not many people living there, the store upgraded the first floor of Xijentang with a courtyard. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. There is a parasol in the yard. You can sit in the yard to drink tea and play cards, but barbecues are not allowed.
🙋The waiter added WeChat in advance, and the service was warm and thoughtful. He informed us of the route. When he arrived at the entrance of the folk custom, he took the initiative to greet us, guide us in parking and help carry our luggage.
💰The price is slightly more expensive than most B&Bs in Yunshuiyao, but the environment, hardware facilities and courtyards are also of a higher grade, which is a high-quality experience. Secondly, we upgraded the room type during the off-season~ so it’s still good~

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

XXiongmaoren房間整體都可以，適合一家幾口帶上小孩長者，各自有一間房子，最滿意就是看了幾場煙花，燒了有十多分鐘，不知道是公寓安排還是個人在那燒，反正這個煙花另入住體驗感加分不少。
設施：冰箱太小而且衹是保鮮，沒速凍功能，自備食物不太方便，
衞生：乾淨很好
環境：地下車庫通往公寓電梯方向太黑了，燈光衹有幾處感應燈而且是很暗的，建議換大點瓦數的燈！
服務：早餐春節期間年初三早上吃基本沒什麼吃，品種少，入住人多，估計是員工放假了，人員忙不過來公寓沒合理安排好，而且是很早7點多就去到吃已經沒多少了。年初四就很好了，品種多不斷增加食物！

GGuest UserThe B&B is run by a young couple. The overall building resembles an earth building in appearance, and the interior has a standard hotel-like layout. The decoration is in a nostalgic campus style, but the hardware facilities are not outdated. You can see the subtle care that the owner put into the room design. There will be several modes of room lighting to suit various needs. The wet and dry partitions in the bathroom are relatively reasonable, and the sewers are smooth and do not accumulate water. The water heater has a large capacity, so you can take a comfortable bath without any problem. It has its own parking lot and is very convenient for self-driving. The location of the B&B is very close to the viewing platform of Four Dishes and One Soup, which has the advantage of seeing the lights and entering the village at night. The landlady usually drinks tea in the front hall. When you pass by and she is free, she will invite you to drink tea and chat with her. FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

GGuest UserIt was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill.
The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room.
As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.
