Environment: Good location, very easy to find, relatively empty around, although on the edge of the train track, but fortunately, not very noisy. Hygienic: The room is still very clean and tidy. The hot spring pool is not bad. Facilities: The room has a soup pool, you can soak in the soup, it is very convenient and the privacy is not bad. Service: The front desk service is very good, the attitude of the young lady is super good!

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

Perfect location to combine business trip and sightseeing. Free perfect welcome tea in the room, dried lychee for a snack was a nice little surprise... And huge selection of food for a breakfast! Very kind personnel who helped with connection to wifi to me via its own phone number (i don't have local Chinese number as well as Wechat account). Thank you my friend, it was really helpful for my business trip! Strictly recommend to foreigners who dont speak Chinese but speak English even a little.

A very good hot spring meditation hotel. The air is very fresh in the morning when I come here. It is very comfortable to take a walk in the park. I feel the charm of nature. It is beautiful to take any pictures. There is a free experience here. The children's hall, gym, and library are all very good. Environment: The first time I came to Zhangzhou , the ancient city is the first choice. The location of the whole season is very close to the ancient city, so I am not afraid of visiting for many nights! Hygiene: I personally have high hygiene requirements. This store is newly opened, clean and hygienic, especially the smart toilet 🚽, it feels like home! Environment: Every day before going out, I like to sit in the lobby bar and have a free cup of coffee, and then go shopping with a good mood! By the way, the sand tea noodles in the restaurant are worth recommending. Service: The staff in the store are very enthusiastic, answer all questions, meet the requirements as much as possible, and robot 🤖 door-to-door service, haha! Feel at home! Compared with many 👌 N, I can have such a place to live in Zhangzhou , satisfied!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Mr. likes the small balcony, and drinks a small wine in the bamboo forest at night. It is so uncomfortable. The holiday is so slow. Listening to birds in the morning, smelling insects at night, I haven't had such a relaxing life for a long time, fireworks at night is a plus item, and the experience is a great homestay. The young lady at the homestay is intimate and enthusiastic, and the barbecue equipment is a professional imported equipment, which is worth adding one more star. Can book the front room type above the 3rd floor, the scenery is better. Finally, the location of the homestay is more convenient to go to Tianzhu Mountain Happy World, Haixi Golf. Suitable for couples, parents, good friends and other self-driving tours. I hope to have a second brush in the future.

The most unbearable thing is the dripping sound on the ceiling at night, and the sound of restarting, which kept on and on, intermittently for most of the night. During this period, I communicated with the front desk, and she said that it should only happen in 7010, and our 7005 would not,??? She also said that she would report it to the manager, but the manager had already left??? She also said that it would be fixed tomorrow??? I won't stay here tomorrow either. Hey, it's embarrassing for others. The front desk came up to explain. Anyway, they all know, but there's nothing they can do. It's full, so it's the only way. I was really upset at night.
