We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

Location: The location is very close to Chongli Station, there is a shuttle bus (2 minutes, but it can't be delivered to the door), and it takes 15 minutes to walk. You can ski in and out of the hotel🏨, and the automatic door leads directly to the ski resort, which is very considerate. Facilities: There is a vending machine supermarket on the first floor. The ski equipment hall is on the underground first floor. There is also a larger supermarket, which is very convenient. Dining: The buffet breakfast is nutritious. The room is very warm. I would be more satisfied if I were not given the innermost room next time👍

This hotel is adjacent to Cuiyun Mountain Ski Resort, and they also have a ski + accommodation package. ❤️I called the front desk one day in advance. It is very convenient to get to the accommodation floor by elevator. The hotel elevator and corridor are very clean. ❤️Surprise 2. When I entered the room, it was very warm, with warm wind blowing on my face (it was minus 4-5 degrees Celsius outside). The room had been arranged with three beds. Although a sofa-style mattress was added, it was a bit hard, but it was very warm and felt like home. (There was a humidifier in the room) ❤️Surprise 3. He walked out of the hall and went directly into the ski resort. It was convenient. There were ski equipment rentals in the hall, snack bars, KFC, Lanzhou ramen, etc. ❤️There is a gym on the tenth floor of the hotel. My son told me that you can enjoy the view while exercising. ❤️There are Chinese food + buffet on the first floor of the hotel, with various discount packages. You can choose according to your budget. ❤️The hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the commercial and dining street, and it takes 6-7 minutes to drive. There are wide roads, various shops for renting school supplies in the commercial street, and various barbecue and hot pot delicacies. The window sill of the room faces the ski field, and the ski hall and ski equipment can be picked up on the first floor, which is very convenient.
