Impeccable, almost perfect hotel. Although it was cloudy throughout the day, we finally saw the magnificent sunset over the Seto Inland Sea. The room is large enough, dinner and breakfast are very good, and there is also a hotel's private beach facing the Seto Inland Sea.

A wonderful ryokan experience! When we arrived at the station, the car was parked in the parking lot, and the staff came out to help carry our luggage to the reception. I was shocked by the level of hospitality! The food is very fresh and authentic. The hot spring facilities include open-air baths and indoor venues. Special mention is that their welcome drinks and post-bath snacks are also very rich, it is a cocktail bar!! Highly recommend this hotel, 100 points!

I've always wanted to go to Hama Rikyu, and it was just as amazing as I expected! The hospitality, facilities, food, and service were all impeccable! It's a hotel I'd like to visit again!

I was planning to stay on the day the typhoon hit, so I was wondering if I should cancel until the last minute, but when I consulted with the hotel, they kindly responded. Drink service in the lounge was also nice. If the weather was good, the view from the room would have been great, but that was the only disappointment.

這是我在日本最滿意的私湯温泉酒店。地点由大阪自駕1個多小時就到，位置在淡路島海邊風景很美酒店很有氣派。員工服務非常有禮到位，早晚餐都很好味。有機會再到大阪一定再次入住。

夫が良いホテルに泊まりたいと言って４ツ星ホテルから探しました。 さすが、お部屋もお庭も海に続く松の木まで最高のロケーションでした。 ただ…　お風呂のシャンプーリンスは普通品。 ドライヤーも普通品。 今や１ツ星ホテルや無星ホテルでさえも最高のドライヤーを置いている所も あります。 髪の毛がきしんで悲しかったです。 ウェルカムドリンクが充実し、サービスもまあまあですが… 備え付けブラシ、温泉仕様の靴下も安ホテルと一緒じゃあねぇ。。。

「公式HP限定季節の逸品懐石」で特別フロアに宿泊。まぁ、何とも言えない食事でした。前菜の栄螺は冷凍物かと思える固さと、味のなさ。これを見た時には、あとの料理は推して知るべしと予想できました。メインのHP掲載の写真とは別物のステーキ?が出てきた時は焼肉屋かい!と思いましたね。こんなに薄いのはステーキとは言わないし、こんなに薄けれゃ事前に焼き具合をレアですか、ウェルダンですかとわざわざ聞くなとと思います。焼けばほっといてもウェルダンか、ミディアムにしかなりませんよ（笑） 結局美味しかったのはデザートと朝食のミルクプリンだけでした。 高評価が多かったのでチョイスしたのですが、その理由が分からず終いでした。 人にはお勧め出来ませんね（笑） 只、慶野松原は数十年ぶりでしたが、相変わらず素晴らしい!　当時の民宿の料理が美味しかったてのを思い出しました。
