Fantastic location. Disposable towels - may not work for everyone For me, would prefer the hand towel to be paper serviettes, didn't want to wipe on wet towel again Balcony is a big plus for me.

The hotel is in the pai fang jie itself, it is very convenient. There is markets near by so you can buy local food. It is not noisy. The room is very clean and renovated nicely.

Surprisingly a beautifully decorated and affordable stay plus the convenience right inside Pai Fang street.

Great proximity to the Archway "paifang" street in the ancient city of Chazhou and you can walk to all the sites easily. Note that car access is limited from usually 9am-11pm to if you arrive within that time you would need to be dropped off outside the area and walk in by foot. The hotel is hidden in a rather small and dark alleyway which is a bit off-putting to walk down but then you arrive to the bright and nicely decorated aesthetics of the boutique hotel and the vibes are positive. I would suggest that it is worth spending a little more to book for one of the larger rooms as it gives you more comfortable space to maneuver around if you have luggage. The balcony is nice, but I was a bit tentative to sit outside due to the mosquitos. Beds are comfortable, the towels are of the disposable type and everything was very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This boutique hotel is beautifully laid out in Chinese modern classic style with a wonderful location off Paifang street where the action in Chaozhou is. The staff were very helpful and attentive too. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Hotel location is great. Just at the walking street so for shopping and food is very convenient. Only downside is you can hear people talking from their room and corridor very clearly so it's kind of noisy.

The location is very good, from Chaoshan Station get off, once out of the station to take the K2 bus to Nanqiao Market Station get off across the road is the archway street, go straight to the second stone archway turn left into the alley to reach the moon building, very clean environment, front desk staff uniform Very warm service, all daily necessities are disposable, and sleeping bags, is a Teochew ancient town style B&B, a total of three nights, twin room and family room, thank you very much for your B&B made me very happy this trip, thank you.

I was traveling with my kids this summer and had already booked another hotel. I stumbled across the Duyuelou B&B, which brought back long-forgotten memories. It was a day many years ago when I took my kids to Paifang Street. The stunning glimpse of Gucuo Alley and the quaint traditional Chinese garden architecture left a lasting impression. I immediately checked out of the other hotel and booked Duyuelou. The handsome receptionist's welcome iced tea, the extra toiletries the beautiful receptionist provided for the children, and the homemade guide to Paifang Street—all these details demonstrate the thoughtfulness of this B&B. The duplex loft we booked was simple yet elegant, perfectly reflecting my ideal Chinese sensibility. If I could revisit this place many years from now, I'd definitely choose Duyuelou again.

The location of the B&B is excellent, with the Archway Street just outside. There's a small electric stove rental station right at the entrance, and renting a tram is very convenient for exploring the ancient city. The hotel's decor is quite Chinese-style, and every corner is photogenic. The rooms are average, not particularly large, but adequate and clean. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful, and they even provided nearby travel guides and food guides. The Phoenix Dancong tea served in the lobby is delicious. I'd stay here again if I had the chance.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even offered a warm welcome drink, instantly relieving any travel fatigue. The environment was very comfortable, with a well-organized layout and spacious space. The bed was clean and hygienic. The window-side lounge area features a comfortable sofa and a small coffee table, perfect for relaxing with a cup of hot tea and enjoying the beautiful city views. The hotel's location is excellent, with Paifang Street just downstairs, making it incredibly convenient. This stay was truly an all-around perfect experience. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip; I'm sure you'll love it!

A very satisfying stay. Although the weather wasn't ideal, the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas, disposable raincoats, and other amenities. The room also came with disposable bath towels, all of which were of excellent quality. The hotel's location was also particularly good; it's located within the scenic area, just a short walk from Guangji Bridge and Kaiyuan Temple. The only drawback was that parking wasn't available within the scenic area, but following the hotel manager's directions, we were able to park at Phoenix Park, which wasn't far away. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay here again.
