The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The staff is warm and responsive. The hotel is tasteful and upscale. It has a superior geographical location, close to the Qingshui River, and very convenient transportation.

Hygiene: The room is clean, but the corridor is average and dark. Facilities: The hotel has been open for many years, and the facilities are a bit old, which is understandable. Overall, it is still an old-fashioned style. Service: The service is super good. The front desk staff and room service staff are very dedicated. Overall, I think it will be my No. 1 choice hotel when I go to Zhangjiakou in the future. I have stayed in all the five-star hotels in Zhangjiakou. It ranks first in the city!

This is the second time I choose this hotel. The overall feeling is very good, the service is warm and thoughtful, especially the care of some details in the room is in place, such as disinfectant tissues, facial tissues, napkins, blackout eye masks, earplugs, toilet covers, etc. The room supplies are comfortable and clean, the surrounding environment is good, and dining and shopping are very convenient.

The family room has two bedrooms, one living room and three bathrooms, suitable for two elderly people accompanied by a child. The elderly are very satisfied. The service attitude is satisfactory, and the oat noodle fish is delicious, which is worthy of being a specialty.

The hotel is very clean, and the front desk guy is professional and enthusiastic! We upgraded the room and gave the children small gifts! The bed is very comfortable! The only downside is that the bathroom is not soundproof! I can hear the conversation next door very clearly

The price/performance ratio is very high, the room is large, the facilities are complete, the service staff is quite enthusiastic, and it is very convenient to eat nearby.
