Wyndham Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

They lost our booking but was able to upgrade us to a bigger room. The location is next to the Tianmen Mountain cable car gate. The lobby smelt like cigarettes but the room we were in thankfully didn’t. Breakfast was decent with a few local delicacies. The bathroom was a bit dark and need some cleaning.

This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Extremely clean and well maintained: any small issue that arose was quickly fixed. Location is optimal if visiting the national park, as the hotel lies at a 15m walk away from the Zimugang (Central Entrance) of the park. Sadly, delivery apps do not deliver to the hotel, so one should make sure to have some snacks handy. Didi service works in the area of the hotel at any time of the day and night. The host is fantastic as he offered us a ride to the entrance for both days that we visited the park. He also provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us several recommendations on activities. Breakfast is essential but very tasty: be sure to come early, as few dishes might finish (especially baozi and dumplings). In the winter, some amenities like the pool and the balcony are harder to enjoy, due to the weather. All in all, highly recommended experience if planning to have easy access to Zhangjiajie park, combined with a very pleasant room and stunning views. Really worth every penny.

Highly recommend this homestay. I stayed here for 3 nights with my partner as we were exploring Zhangjiajie. Hosting: incredibly helpful host, sat us down on arrival and talked us through the attractions/how best to plan our itinerary, drove us to the national park entrance and bus stop as needed (for free!), helped us get our tickets. Room: The room was lovely with a big, comfortable bed and big shower. There was AC/heating depending on what was needed. Big window front facing the river. Very quiet. Location: Great location, 10 minute walk from Zhangjiajie centre. Has lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Food: Good breakfast, coffee available if asked. Lunch/dinner available a la cart - some of the best food we had during our entire China travels. We have loved our stay here, and highly suggest stying in this place, it feels very homey, family-run, and feels much more 'local' than many other hotels.

It's located right at the opposite of the Tianmen Mountain entrance. It's a walking distance. The hotel offered early check-in as we arrived earlier at around 10AM. Thanks to the room availability. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a convenient store right at the hotel lobby level. It's very convenient if you needed anything urgently. The overall stay was excellent.

Enjoy perfect view of YuanJiaJie from the hot tub or lounge chairs at the balcony. We were taken care of by 小赵，who drove us to nearby places (grocery stores, dinner, etc) and made sure our itinerary met our wishlist. He even checked in on us when we were in the Zhangjiajie national park to make sure that we would not miss the closing timings. He was also on standby 24/7 to attend to our needs. This place also offers complimentary laundry services, which was important for us as we travelled during a rainy period. Also, the 1-time airport transfer was luxurious, where we got picked up by an MPV, ensuring the stay got off to the perfect start.

Such a nice hotel! The location is absolutely incredible, only a 15 minute jog or 5 minute drive to the west gate of the national park (the hotel also offers complimentary drop-off and pick-up from the gate!). The sunset viewpoint from the infinity pool is stunning, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, like Rain. The Tea Master even wrote us a beautiful 2 meter Chinese calligraphy scroll to celebrate our recent engagement! She was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to China, thank you for teaching us all about the history of tea and Chinese culture. Not the best location if you wanted to see the glass bridge, but honestly the rest of Zhangjiajie was so good we didn't feel like we missed anything! Would recommend this hotel to everyone, 5/5 stars from us
