5 star service with a 3 star price Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good hair dryer, and front staff. Very is very nice . One huge plus is free snacks daily. The owner trained the staff very well and made sure the staff above and beyond . Highly recommend

A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good rooms. The afternoon tea was lovely and the view from the dining/open area was great. The laundry service was very helpful. We stayed in one of the "sunshine rooms" that apparently had a mountain view, unfortunately it didn't. The carpet of the room was also rather dirty/stained. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Entering the building seems worried about the hotel condition, but after reaching the floor and seeing the hotel rooms, looks quite good.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The service of the staff is excellent. Even though I don‘t speak Chinese we were able to communicate with each other with my translation app. They also helped me with figuring out where to go to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast is a combination of buffet style with a meal. It was very delicious and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and cozy with the pillows.

We arranged a pick-up at the airport on time. The driver drove to the entrance of the underground floor and saw a drunk person urinating there. Ugh... The room is not small and the facilities are OK, but there is no dressing mirror at the door. The storage basket in the shower room is very unreasonable. I always bring travel bags when I travel. The big gap makes everything leak. There is noise in this room at night. I didn’t tell you when I checked in. I complained to the front desk two days ago, but the front desk didn’t give any feedback on where the noise came from and how to solve it. This is too unprofessional. On the third day, I finally found the source of the noise. There are a lot of outdoor units in the building next to me and a lot of exhaust fans downstairs.
