Response from Property: Dear guest, I'm sorry that I didn't give you a perfect stay experience. As for the smell in the room you mentioned, the weather in Zhuhai has been relatively humid recently. In order to avoid being too humid, the windows in the room are closed and there is no ventilation, so there is a slight smell. I hope you can understand. We have asked the front desk to provide guests with mugwort bags to eliminate odors, installed aromatherapy machines in the floor corridors, and notified the housekeeping department to increase ventilation. Regarding the leakage problem at the washbasin in the room you mentioned, we have notified the engineering department to conduct a detailed inspection of the relevant facilities. After coordination with Ctrip customer service, we have refunded 100% of the second night's room fee to you. You stayed the whole night on the first night but also received a 30% refund. You have accepted this plan. Isn't it too much for you to still leave a negative review even after you have already been refunded? I hope that when you check into the hotel next time, you will communicate in time if you encounter any problems and don't be so emotional. Thank you!
