Perfect location for visit to Zhangjiajie National Park. Only ¥7 didi to east gate. Very helpful staff. Free self service washing machine. Nice breakfast

Owner and staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. Room clean and toiletries provided every day. Short walk to east gate zhangjiajie national park. Recommend this hotel.

We love this hotel, the owner lady makes us feel like we’re a family. She helped us booked Zhangjiajie tickets and told us how to get around the park, she even helped booked transportation to the park. Thanks a lot. Would recommend it if you’re interested to visit Zhangjiajie.

Cozy hotel near the national forest park of Zhangjiajie. They had good breakfast and vegan/vegetarian options. Nice staff and lots of restaurants nearby.

We loved this hotel, the owner was very helpful and advised the best route for the National Forest Park (and she has a cool translating tool). The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty with many options. The last day we had to leave very early and still were able to eat something. The location was also very good.

The hotel manager is really nice, she even gave a complementary bag for our trip… she is really nice. Hotel wise… the room was good size and clean, the bathroom just need a very good deep cleaning, from to top to the bottom. The hotel reception and restaurant area need a very good make up and organization. Breakfast need a little bit more. Location is nice and good, but also weird. The hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs a very good make up.

Very close to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Everything was fine with the hotel itself; however, I was super disappointed at Xibu Street. It’s nothing like it used to look like in photos online and is just 3-4 stalls now.

Very clean, good location, quiet, good breakfast, and very helpful host - I was given good tips and instructions on where to go, where to find what, and you can book some things cheaper at the reception too. I can totally recommend staying here.

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is very close to the entrance of the park, close to the bus station and close to local eateries, but also close to the more atmospheric main road. The room was good, the beds were a bed hard for me and there was a faint smoke smell. Other than that it was perfect. Big room, closed off shower, you can wash your clothes. The breakfast is brilliant, toast with jam, fresh fruit, milk, instant coffee and some Chinese breakfast options as well.

Everyone who works here was so kind to us. The breakfast buffet is truly amazing and tasty. They switched up the menu every other day, and all of the food they prepared was fresh. The room itself was quite big. Overall, a pleasant experience. The owner also helped us navigate the national parks and offered advice on what to do. I would highly recommend.

The location is great to access the park and to stay in the town. They have looked after us really well. They offered help when purchasing tickets and a lot of useful information and tips to navigate through the park. Transfer service works well. Breakfast has enough options. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They even gave us some ice creams when we arrived with all the heat. Very kind and helpful if I come back I wouldn't look for any other option. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed 3 days at Wuling Shanshui Hotel for our Zhangjiajie visit. The hotel is very well priced and conveniently located to the east entrance (15 minutes by walking). The boss and boss lady were both friendly as well as the lady in charge of breakfast. They can help you book tickets to Zhangjiajie for a discount but you might want to pre-purchase your own ticket if you want to enter through the east gate early in the morning during busy season. Breakfast had a variety of foods but similar day to day. There was also free popsicles and small snacks. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back if we visit again.
