5/5 - Amazing Stay in Zhangjiajie National Park This hotel is a gem! Perfect location—super close to the national park. The host was super kind and helped us figure out the best spots to visit. The room was spotless and had a cool Avatar Mountains vibe. Everything felt fresh and new. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zhangjiajie, great stay!

Extremely clean and well maintained: any small issue that arose was quickly fixed. Location is optimal if visiting the national park, as the hotel lies at a 15m walk away from the Zimugang (Central Entrance) of the park. Sadly, delivery apps do not deliver to the hotel, so one should make sure to have some snacks handy. Didi service works in the area of the hotel at any time of the day and night. The host is fantastic as he offered us a ride to the entrance for both days that we visited the park. He also provided a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us several recommendations on activities. Breakfast is essential but very tasty: be sure to come early, as few dishes might finish (especially baozi and dumplings). In the winter, some amenities like the pool and the balcony are harder to enjoy, due to the weather. All in all, highly recommended experience if planning to have easy access to Zhangjiajie park, combined with a very pleasant room and stunning views. Really worth every penny.

Close to scenic area. Clean and spacious rooms with good view. Breakfast is ok. Here surrounding is little quiet , not much restaurant around.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the place as we could see the amazing natural landscape within Zhang Jia Jie National Park from the comfort of our room. The staff there were really helpful in helping us check in and also offered to drive us to the gate to enter the National Park. Room is very spacious and cosy.

The place was really great and beautiful, their views from the rooms and pool were stunning. An old lady working there was so friendly and made some of the best Chinese food we ever had. Definitely recommend the place ☀️

The workers at Purespace are really helpful. They made sure that your plans around Zhangjiajie are arranged properly. They also help you buy the tickets for all the tourist destinations so that it would be easier for your when arrive. They give you suggestions based on your preference and made my trip really enjoyable. I got asked if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a view with an additional charge. I ended up in the Panoramic Mountain view room. The room is spacious with your own private jacuzzi. However during the winter, it can get really cold as their heating is not the greatest. I had to layer up in the room and seeing that the rooms are spacious, the heating doesn't retain. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Noodles and a few different dimsum choices were enough for me. Overall a good stay with it being near one of the entrances to the National park. However, it is a quieter entrance hence harder to get a Didi from the hotel. Best to get a contact of Didi driver from town to arrange pick ups from the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The hotel service, the interior, the location, the views, the food … everything was spotless, calm and elegant, perfect to relax after a long hike in the national park. I would come anytime again. Thank you again for this wonderful time and stay.

Room was great with an amazing view, really enjoyed our night here. Hosts were friendly & incredibly helpful, and the free ride to the entrance of Wulingyuan helps to make up for the homestay's slightly further location. There's decent home-style dishes on the dinner menu as well, since it's hard to find food otherwise. Walls are thin though, and if your neighbours make noise past hours, you'll be able to hear every sneeze - so pack some earplugs & you'll be all set. All in all, a solid choice for couples who wanna spend a relaxing night in Zhangjiajie.

Great service, clean rooms, stuff very helpful, good restaurant. Walls and shower with mold infestation. Hotel needs a renovation.

By far the best hotel I have stayed at in China! The hotel staff were very attentive, and so helpful! From letting us check in early, to helping book tickets, to surprising us with birthday cake at dinner! They really went above and beyond with everything!!! We would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely holiday weekend with family. The staffs of the hotel are very friendly and well organised. Especially like the pre-order dinner serves, after a day trip in the mountains and returned hotel the food is already prepared and it’s delicious. We had a wonderful time.
