Didn't take photo of the room but it looks exactly like the listing photos, very spacious room. However, the wear and tear is obvious - especially the flooring and toilet, and the annoying mosquitoes. But that doesn't affect our stay the this Inn because the warm hospitality of the boss makes up for most of it. The boss handed us a in-house designed ZJJ national park map, which is a simplified version showing the best way to explore the park with the least amount of walking. We also got him to assist us with buying attraction tickets and arranging a 6-seate car to the rail station. He's energy was constantly bubbly and friendly throughout the day and towards different groups of guests. Plus point for a fluffy cat in the Inn. Although breakfast isn't provided, but the boss recommended us a eatery down the street that serves noodles and dumplings. It's so good that we went back twice! Don't hesitate and just book this accommodation if you're heading to ZJJ!

The niece of the owner of the hotel is very helpful. She gave us a lot of information on how to move around 张家界森林公园和张家界天门山. She also helped us buy all the tickets. We had a great time at the beautiful mountains. The room is comfortable, but the beds though are a little hard. The hotel has both washing machine and dryer which are great to clean our sweaty clothes after a day walk in the park. Will recommend this hotel to friends if they are visiting the gorgeous parks.

Very friendly owner, clean rooms. Owner helped to plan our trip to National Park. The place is very close to many restaurants.

Owner are friendly & approachable. Location are a 10min walk to the zhang jia jie east gate.you can borrow walking stick or umbrella from hotel if needed.

Absolutely wonderful stay.  we were worried about planning our days in the national park (what to see in what order). During checkin the owner showed us how to plan our days and he really maximized what we could accomplish per day. Every time we walked outside or the one time we forgot our key in the room - the owner was always there and ready to help. Really impressed with his hospitality and professionalism. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was very big and clean. The guy from the reception is very friendly and helpful. They also have a washing machine and a dryer.

What I can say. This place is the best I have been in China, thanks to the unlimited kindness, friendliness and helpfulness boss. You can have high exoectations, always good surprise. Don't hesitate to book a room, you won't regret. Location is perfect, close to east gate entrance and wulingyuan bus station, very practical to visit the park and go to city. A lot of food options innthe area. I could get upgraded when I arrived, thank you very much again. So nice and clean rooms. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free. And last but not the lesat, there is a wonderful cat named handsomeboy, so fluffy !!!

The staff was extremely friendly, she help us with our ZHANGJIAJIE national park route + Grand Canyon, was so helpful, thanks to her we had an amazing experience, I would recommend this stay for sure! Very grateful with them 🤍

Stayed at this place 2 nights 3 days & everything very closed by to this location. The guy who were at reception he is very kind & polite. Since my flight at night and he provided me to stay until 6pm without any charges. Rooms are very big and hot water is available. If you are visiting to mountain from east this is the best place to stay. Thank you

Great location walking distance to the east gate of the national park and good restaurants. Warm welcoming host. Room could be cleaned better.
