Your comments regarding the poor condition of the room and its need for renovation, problems with the elevator and pool, and the lack of a wardrobe and luggage rack in the penthouse room, which forced you to spread your luggage on the floor, severely impacted your overall experience. We understand your expectations for the quality of your penthouse room, but the actual experience fell far short of high-end hotel standards, leading to your decision to leave less than an hour after arrival. This clearly demonstrates significant oversight in our facility maintenance and operations, for which we bear unshirkable responsibility. We appreciate your recognition of the housekeeper's efforts, but the efforts of individual staff members cannot compensate for the shortcomings in the hotel's overall service and facilities, which we recognize is a critical need for improvement.
