Highly recommended hotel in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is very clean and close to the east gate. Highlighted with a cave bar ( a real natural cave) and super friendly staff to arrange birthday celebration.

Wow. Amazing gem! Wonderful staff and immaculate facilities with personal butler-level attention to your well-being and enjoyment. Miss Hu and her staff never failed to greet me with a warming cup of tea in their beautiful cave-like lobby. She helped me purchase my pass to the Zhangjiajie Forest Geopark, and suggested a great itinerary for a two-day visit. It was perfect! The hotel is brand-new, pristine clean, with state-of-the-art everything, including the toilets (you never have to touch it with your hands). Oh, how I miss the warm seat already! Every morning, the cheerful cleaning staff greeted me and cleaned my room while i had breakfast. My room had it’s own outdoor patio, where i enjoyed a pot of tea while gazing down at a pool and up at the distant mountains. The location couldn’t be better, they are nearest the East Gate on the other side of the river, away from the hordes and tour buses. The Qishili Cave Homestay is nestled into the trees. Their breakfast buffet rivals that at other top-notched hotels, but with a personal touch — the guy that cooks your noodle soup comes around to see if you’re enjoying your meal and to wish you a happy day. And when i returned in the evenings, tired from my adventures, the smiles and welcome backs started before I even walked through the front door. The staff here deserves 10 stars. A group of 9 people stayed at this place and were amazed by the design and scenery of Qishili. The location of the B&B is perfect. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the East Gate along the small river in front of the door. The supplies provided by the B&B are of high quality, and the breakfast and afternoon tea are also exquisite and delicious. The staff are very warm and thoughtful, and the housekeeper service responds quickly. Our housekeeper Xiao Du is responsive, and patiently answers various questions from booking to check-in. It makes it very easy to check in and go to the forest park. The B&B also upgraded the room type for us for free, which is even more atmospheric. The best experience of this trip to Zhangjiajie is staying at Qishili B&B.

I brought my parents and children to Wulingyuan for fun. We were going to see Charming Xiangxi at night. It happened that this homestay was just a 3-minute walk behind Charming Xiangxi, which was very convenient. I checked in in the afternoon. The lobby was a bit special. Two high and low thousand-year-old cave stone front desks and a super-large coffee table came into view. After putting down the luggage, I went to the rooftop for a cup of tea and overlooked the Wulingyuan area. The rooftop water surface was sparkling, and the light and shadow were magnificent. Downstairs was the tourist trail that marked the extension of the gate. The water of the Golden Whip Stream flowed down and was clear to the bottom. There were schools of fish. It was a relaxing place. A good place. The B&B is built against the mountain and surrounded by dense vegetation. The forest oxygen bar is not fake. The night view is very beautiful at night. The nine-story pagoda at the opposite forest park’s sign gate can be seen from the second-floor terrace. I heard from the locals nearby that this B&B is the best B&B in Wulingyuan. It is indeed well-deserved. The faucet in the room is splash-proof and very user-friendly. The toilet is smart, with whole-house intelligence. When you are hungry at night, you can order takeout and there will be a robot to deliver the meal. The children like it very much. The cave bar can taste wine, make tea, and have a bonfire party. You can barbecue and camp on the mountain above the cave. It’s a pity that I didn’t swim because the swimming pool was changing water and cleaning that day. I didn’t experience the Mercedes-Benz business car pick-up service. See you next time! There is also freshly ground American coffee that my parents like very much!

From the owner's hotel design to the humanistic care, from the butler Xiao Tang to the patient and meticulous service of the restaurant staff, all reflect the uniqueness and high standards of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the scenic spot. You can play unlimited times. The hotel has beautiful scenery. The view is broad. I will definitely bring my relatives and friends to stay here next time.

There is no table or chair in the room, and there is no place to put things. The equipment and facilities are very incomplete. It is not worth the price if they have not prepared things just after opening. The bathroom door is opened and the passage is blocked. The only place where you can put on makeup, you can't enter the bathroom if you sit. The faucet of the basin is in the right corner, and you can't wash your face on the left side... The sink is next to the bed, and the water will splash on the bed when you turn it on. The shower room will also flow out. The room is very beautiful, but the designer's brain circuit has some problems, and the hotel design is unusable... It's just a show. But I have to praise the service of the housekeeper Xiaoyi, so considerate! So thoughtful! We didn't bring an umbrella when we ate at the hotel. I took advantage of the spring break to travel with my children during off-peak hours and chose a homestay within walking distance of Wulingyuan. When I arrived, I couldn't help but take pictures with my phone. The hotel environment is comfortable and cozy, and it is a perfect place to relax after high-intensity mountain climbing. The housekeeper, Xiaoshuang, is also enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. She takes care of everything. Even the tickets to the Forest Park are much cheaper because of her. This trip to Zhangjiajie left me with a very deep and beautiful impression!

This five-star high-end homestay is hidden near the landmark gate of Wulingyuan. It is not the kind of Internet celebrity store that is crowded with tourists, but a place where you would want to drink tea and meditate for a day. It was opened this year, less than a month after opening, and it is very new. We stayed in the underwater viewing suite. After arriving at the high-speed rail station, the homestay arranged a Mercedes-Benz business car to pick us up. This service is a bit advanced! It is said that if you want to go to the scenic spot, you can also pick you up. Wow, don’t be too considerate! The homestay is a 24-hour butler-level service! Our room rate also includes a hearty breakfast, a steak for lunch or dinner, an exquisite French afternoon tea for two, a beer and snacks at the bar. It is clearly arranged, just enjoy it! The B&B exudes luxury everywhere, the toiletries are all from L'Occitane, the hair dryer is from Dyson, and there is also smart guest control for the whole house! I will come again next time!
