internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.

Big pool… small rooms.. big gym.. good breakfast.. will definitely come and stay here again.. location is good and just opposite to big liquor store if you are fond of alcohol & wine..

Good service. We arrived at the hotel after midnight. The reception is still open and help us put luggages in the room. The room is very clean but service is poor 😕.

The space was decent for the price. Wifi was not that good. Hot water!

Everything was great, it is located in the Cangrejo neighborhood, a very safe neighborhood. Next door there is a supermarket, a casino, many shops and restaurants and the metro stop. The room was quiet, with air conditioning. The pool and jacuzzi had warm water, if it wasn't too hot, you would get cold when you bathed. The buffet breakfast was very very small, with little variety and always the same. For everything else, perfect.

The room is spacious and the bathroom too, they were very clean but you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway, the bar on the ground floor, the machines in the other rooms working and honking on the road (all the time), so it's not possible to sleep well . In addition to this negative point, the service from the employees is very poor, they are not at all helpful and are even unfriendly. They charge 5usd per day to leave your bags at reception. I do not recommend this hotel.

I didn't like that they opened the door for me without asking, supposedly to do the service. The two nights I stayed it was the same.

We were well received, helpful staff. Hotel with good gym, good swimming pool, hot tub. Rooms with everything needed, closet, safe... Simple but delicious breakfast.

Excellent place to hold your meetings or be with your partner. Each space in this hotel is a story. As for the food, there could be more variety.
