Such lovely hosts! Helped me with the cable car ticket and directions. The area was great and close to lots of food, safe as a solo female traveller.

Super clean,cute and well equipped room. Towels, soap and a lot more are provided. Very attentive staff who helped me book the National Park. Good location, everything you need and the Central Bus station are walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay thank you so much! 💓

The service is the best. The owners suggested I rearrange my schedule as the bailong elevator was going to be repaired on the day I planned to go to zhangjiajie national forest park (wulingyuan). Had I not asked them to buy the tickets for me, I wouldn’t have been able to ride the elevator. They also helped me buy the ticket to tianmen mountain. They were very helpful in giving me directions on how to get to the bus station that will take me to wulingyuan. I spent 2 days in zhangjiajie national forest park following the route they suggested and did not get lost. One way cost 12-13rmb, so around 51~rmb for 2 days transportation to wulingyuan. I spoke mandarin and used baidu maps to guide me.

Great hotel! It is in a quiet area right in front of the Tianmenshan cable car station. It is also very close to one of train stations and central bus stop. It is a very cozy building and the people working there are very friendly. They do not speak english but with the help of translation apps we could talk to each other. We had a good time in this hotel, I recommend it. It has lots of shops, restaurants and pharmacies nearby.

The hotel is very close to the Tianmenshan cable entrance and the central bus station also, where you can take bus to Wulingyuan for Zhangjiajie national forest park. The room is really clean and quiet and its price is reasonable. The owners are kind, friendly and supportive. I definitely will stay there hotel again the next time and introduce it to my family and friends.

Easy walk from train station and to the cable car and restaurants. Room is clean, warm and very comfortable. The owner was lovely and helped us book the necessary tickets for main attractions around town. Note: this part of town is a 50 minute bus ride to the National Park but is perfect for the Tianmen Mountain.

It was amazing near to the mountains cable car entrance and many restaurants and shops around. Extended my stay the room was warm and comfortable! Will definitely recommend people for budget stay.

What a fantastic hotel! So cozy and comfortable and the staff are very kind. The location is fantastic too: the central bus station is just a few minutes walk to the south, allowing you to take a bus to the national park. The cableway station is just a few minutes walk north. And the hotel itself is situated in an alleyway full of good restaurants and little shops :)

Owners were very accommodating and even helped us get bus tickets! Location was also good as there’s lots of restaurants around and you can walk to the bus station and to the Tianmen Mountain entrance in under 10 minutes.

The Hotel was great!! I have stayed for three nights the room was clean and the people in the reception are so kind and helpful also the location is perfect close to the Tianmenshan Cableway station to the restaurants definitely I will come here next time and I will recommend to my friends

I really recommend this place ! The price was so cheap but the quality of the room and the cleaning was made everyday for free. Also the owner are the sweetest persons ever, every day when we where going back they would help us to plan our next day and give us the best advice. They also take the tickets for all the facilities for us with a cheaper price than on the official selling places. They also give us their WeChat and we can always ask them question they will always help us and telling her if the souvenir or price are scam or not while give us some good place to go to buy them. Also it was cold when I goes and every time we coming at the hotel they will offer us a seat under the warming table while they giving us some advice for the day after. We also get some tea to try and they offer us on box of it by person when we check out. I cannot imagine such a better place for the price ! The location was good too and our room has a view on the cablecar. I really recommend !
