Service, hospitality, facilities and location every single moment are fascinating. Highly recommend this hotel.

I fell in love with Pimalai during my first time here i Y2022. I have always wanted to come back. Been trying other places, Pimalai provides the best for me to relax ang enjoy! Light activities like cooking, wellness, cocktails class or touristy mangroves, islands, oldtowns. The spa, mani, pedi, salon. Just heaven for someone who keen to wind down, off rush.

Perfect resort in term of room, pool, restaurant, facilities, cleanliness and services in a very secluded location with both sea and mountain experience. The view from the Seven Seas breakfast restaurant is superb, not to mention the good quality foods with so many choices. Wish we had more days in this resort.

Second time in this super nice resort for chill and relax holiday. This time stayed in Bayfront suite room. Everything is great as always other than 1. It’s quite a journey from Krabi airport (~2 hours) car ride and ferry. Especially when going to airport, you have to follow the resort schedule to leave so we had to leave earlier than we had to. 2. Last time we could enjoy breakfast from both spice and rice restaurant, as well as seven sea on hill side. However we were told that this time only spice and rice restaurant is available and it’s quite disappointing as breakfast food is the same for all three days.

The resort is absolutely amazing. It has 2 big pools, a great and clean beach, you can do sap, snorkeling and just hang. Very pretty restaurant at the cliff but even better at the beach. The room service was great and we loved koh lanta. The transport to the krabi air port is a big plus. I have to be honest, in our first day, the service was not so great, the stuff looked like they are suffer, and some tables got a lot of attention, but ours, well eventually we had to stand and go look for some waiter to ask the bill. Let's put it that way- we have seen much happier stuff in a 4 stars resorts. But the second night and third, we have to mention wud and fung were the best service and vibe at the beach restaurant. Even though we are a smokers, they arranged a beautiful table, and even got us some cookies and special tabbaco. Overall, beautiful place and people. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience.

Super nice and chill resort, suitable for honeymooners.

Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless. Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids. Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront. Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

From the beginning to the end the experience of staying at Pimalia was unbelievable. Views, room, staff, food and so many extras to indulge. Thank you so much.

We love this hotel, it is clean and spacious, the only drawback is that it is a little far.

Breakfast standard has been dropped, compared to my fee previous stay

It is a very well-managed resort, and I will come back again.

Except that there will be wild monkeys visiting the villa room type, everything else is perfect!
