This hotel deserves all the credits for their ultramodern, spacious and super comfortable rooms. The lady at the reception is one of the kindest and enthousiastic persons we met in China and she's eager to help you with buying tickets for the national parks with even some discount. The cleaning service and hygiene standard are great and you can use the laundry machine and dryer for free or hang your clothes in a seperate drying room. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and it's close to the cableway station and bus station. It's located on the 8 floor and a bit hard to find on arrival, but there's one big sign on one side of the appartment block. The entrance to the elevator of the building is located at the back side, so you have to walk around the building and go to the square/parking in between the appartment blocks.

The hotel is a 15 min walk away from the tianmenshan cable car station. Otherwise, everything about it was great

The hotel is 10 min away walking from the cable car. 30 min away walking from the center. The hotel was good clean and pretty. The front desk was very helpful with information. However a bit noisy if you are sensible. No restaurants in the hotel but downstairs a few restaurants and supermarkets.

A perfect hotel in the ideal location 👌 the room was very comfortable. Loved my stay here. The girl at the front desk is very helpful and positive! I recommend this hotel to see Tianmen mountain. 🥰

The room was spotless and had great amenities. The hotel is in a great location, 20 minute walk from the Tianmen gondola and plenty of places to eat downstairs. The lady at reception was amazing. As soon as i checked in, she helped me plan my time in Zhangjiajie, recommending a route for Tianmen mountain. She helped me get discounted tickets for the fox show and the bungee, helped me book transport to the national park, even took me out for some local food one night after she finished work! She really went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful! :) I could not have wished for a better stay. 谢谢！

It was my first time visiting Zhangjiajie, and I booked a tatami room there for one night to try. I originally wanted to change to another hotel if it didn't work out, but after checking in, I found the room was really nice, beautiful, clean and tidy, high-end and fully intelligent, which was the type I liked and met my expectations. Because my foreign family members don’t dare to take the cable car, I asked the two beautiful girls at the front desk how to have fun? They were very patient and took the trouble to suggest itineraries for us. I was very satisfied with their attitude and consideration for our guests. I simply booked another two nights. It is worth recommending to everyone.

Originally I booked two hotels on that day, which were not far from each other. When I was still hesitating which one to choose, the lady at the front desk contacted me as soon as the tickets went on sale on May 1st to remind me to buy the tickets. The service was very good, so I decisively chose this one. The accommodation is not bad, on a high floor, the elevator is not difficult to wait for, and it is not far from the Tianmen Mountain ticket gate. Then the lady also enthusiastically introduced the tour route, which was well received.

It's about ten minutes' walk from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable, and the front desk service is friendly. There are some snacks and restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient for eating.

A very low-key and luxurious hotel. It is only 900 meters away from the cableway and 1,000 meters away from Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. The hotel has complete smart facilities, is clean and hygienic, and has good sound insulation. The Tujia food downstairs is very delicious. The lady at the front desk is very nice. Cute, recommended!

The hotel environment is very good and the hygiene is very clean. It is not far from the cable car station. There are many places to eat downstairs. The two ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They help with luggage, give guides, and help with taxis. It adds a lot to my impression of Zhangjiajie~~
