Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Zhangjiajie

We booked this hotel for a trip to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. The service was very thoughtful. They upgraded us to a family room knowing we had children, which was very appreciated. It's newly renovated and the facilities are very new. They also gave us breakfast coupons for our children, and the breakfast was very rich. I have to mention their swimming pool. There are three swimming pools: two outdoor, one indoor, and a children's play pool outdoors. The children loved it and had a great time staying there later. Our housekeeper, Xiaohan, was very considerate. She knew we were getting up early to go to the attractions, and she even arranged a car to take us there for free. She was very thoughtful. No matter how late it was, Xiaohan would reply to our messages and help us arrange a shuttle. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Great location, new hotel and friendly staff. Joanna stayed late close to midnight to help us finalize and booked our itinerary which was a lifesaver for us if you don't speak mandarin! She helped made our stay that much more enjoyable.
