Staff were extremely friendly and also helped us book attraction tickets with a discount. In house laundry was super easy. Felt like a home as the staff made the experience very warm! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Zhangjiajie city.

The hotel is very clean and has a very convenient location! The owner is really kind and enthusiastic! He even gave us a route and planned our itinerary for us! The breakfast next door was very delicious and the lady there was also very kind! All in all I will hopefully come back one day!
