Atour Hotels in Zhangjiajie

I truly can't praise Atour enough, no matter where I visit in the country! It's consistently excellent – incredibly thoughtful, with fantastic service, and always spotless. I'll definitely keep choosing Atour for all my future travels. It's a shame I didn't snap more photos. I accidentally spilled coffee, and the staff were so incredibly thoughtful, immediately changing my sheets. When they pulled back the sheets, I was genuinely amazed – the mattress underneath was pristine white! And the late-night congee? Absolutely delicious!

The hotel is quite new and located directly across from Zhangjiajie University Affiliated Hospital. It's not the Atour hotel near the cable car station, but it's not far from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Lower Station, about a ten-minute walk. Even though the hotel is on a main road, the soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy. There are snack shops, bubble tea places, and restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The room offers a view of the cableway, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

This newly opened hotel was originally worried about the smell, but there was indeed no smell when I arrived. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a five-minute drive from the scenic area. There are also midnight snacks and pre-orders downstairs at night, which makes eating and shopping very convenient. The hotel is very well-designed, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The ambient lighting is also very good. They also gave me a souvenir when I left the hotel, which is very nice. It's still a long way to go next time I visit Yaduo. I booked it after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. #The hotel is clean and tidy, and even the clothes we wore were neatly folded by the hotel. #Location and transportation: A five-minute drive directly to the east gate of the Forest Park. There is a snack street downstairs, the food is delicious, and supermarkets and shopping are convenient.
