We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The view from our room was stunning — surrounded by mountains and nature, it was the perfect escape. Our kids had a great time too, with plenty of space to play and explore. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful natural surroundings!

The service was outstanding, especially from the wonderful staff members Lily, the two "Baby Elephants" and the coffee barista guy, all of them who went above and beyond to make our visit special. My two daughters absolutely loved the cute animal farm, where they enjoyed feeding and playing with the animals. It was a highlight of our trip! And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right in front of the hotel lobby and our room-it made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

This was our last hotel in Yunnan and definitely the best hotel that we have stayed in Yunnan so far! The hotel staff made us feel so welcomed and spoilt us with unlimited afternoon tea, coffee and milk all day! Our room is so spacious and my whole family enjoyed its comfort, facilities and mountain view so much. My kids loved to play with the farm animals. The environment is so peaceful and well designed! The complimentary family photoshoot was great and that left us with so many beautiful memories of this lovely place! We are truly very impressed and will strongly recommend anyone who is coming to Baisha to stay here too!

One of the best stay I have had while travelling! The view from the resort was truly beautiful and any spot on the grounds is picture-perfect. The resort provides free photography service for every guest and it was so professionally done and yet fun at the same time. The staff was very warm, always fulfilling any request with a smile. The staff often goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and took such good care of us. Once we ce back soaked from the rain and they offered us red sugar drink with ginger. So many cute adorable animals on the farm that roam freely, perfect for families with young children. The meals served at the hotel are so yummy with that taste of home. This place is truly a home away from home for your stay in Lijiang!

Lovely homestay with breathtaking views, comfortable room and a wonderful crew led by 小钰. We really appreciated the service provided by the crew who patiently assisted us with bookings, ensured that we had food and unlimited drinks from their bar, offered an impromptu photoshoot, and just their happy, cheerful vibe! The baby animals on their lawn were so captivating, we truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait be back!

Amazing stay at the hotel, very helpful staff, we got a cozy BBQ and dancing around the fire. Lily at the reception and John the driver was very helpful. The hotel is great with an amazing location. Recommend to anyone who wants to have a cozy stay and lovely ambiance.

Our stay at this incredible hotel was nothing short of magical. Hands down, this was the best hospitality we have ever received. A true 10/10 experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in nature, with snow-capped mountains visible right from our room. The serene surroundings, along with top-notch amenities, made our stay both luxurious and peaceful. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were Lily and Star, they were the heart and soul of our experience! Lily felt like a long-lost sister and friend. She was so genuinely warm, kind and attentive- so sweet. Both Liky & Star went above and beyond, helping us with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting us late at night with a projector we couldn’t figure out, or arranging pickup and drop-off to a nearby ancient town, nothing was ever too much for them. It’s not just the big things, they constantly surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that showed just how much they care. Their kindness and the beautiful souls of the entire team left a lasting impression on us. The property is a dream - horses, sheep and breathtaking views all around. It's a place that feels like a home away from home, only more peaceful, scenic, and soul-nourishing. This was a great experience! We’re deeply grateful to everyone at the hotel for creating such a memorable experience. Truly amazing, and highly recommended. We can’t wait to return.

Great hospitality by xiao xiang. The room was clean and the had an amazing view of the mountains. Equipped with complimentary all day fruits/coffee/tea and transport to nearby towns for meals. There were cute farm animals and a beautiful patch of canola flowers in front of the hotel which made great photos. Would recommend for families who would like a taste of comfort within nature grounds 😁 We went for the family room with two couples which shared one WC and shower with two basins in one room, and a bath tub in another room separated by a curtain. Would recommend two separate rooms for those who prefer more privacy!

This is by far our favourite and the best BnB I ever stayed in. 🛏️ Room is very spacious and aesthetic is on point Our room have amazing view of Jade Dragon Snow mountain. 🏨 The entire BnB is well designed and maintained with 180 unblocked view of the snow mountain and many great spots for photos. Love the cute farm animals roaming around the estate which guests can interact and take photos with them. 👧🏻👦🏻 Top-notch 6 star service from a fantastic team of staff, who take great care of us throughout our stay. Everyone is ever ready with a sincere smile and you can tell they are all happy working there. Special shout-out to 小钰管家 who have been sorting out our request very efficiently and very responsive. She takes great photo too! We very much enjoy the bonfire night dancing and singing with the team and other guests. Overall the hotel does provide lots a extra service like sending us to and from to the nearby ancient town, station drop-off, delicious breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea and evening milk etc. Beautiful memories made here and I can't wait to come back soon!

We had an amazing stay at MountainTrip in Lijiang. Though the location is slightly out of the way, it is rather close to Baishan Ancient Town. The property has several small animals and would be a nice experience for kids. The room were clean and they were able to accommodate our dietary preferences for meals arranged with them.

Outstanding Hotel I must give 5 stars A hotel with a the most beautiful view with bathtub. The service from the hotel staff took care of us greatly. The facilities in the hotel are complete, worthy of a five-star hotel. The view from our room is the most beautiful. You can clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain both in the morning and evening. All the staff are helpful in every way. They recommend good local restaurants and take us to there and the old town. They also send us to the train station. Everything we got from this hotel is perfect and excellent. If anyone is looking for a hotel with a beautiful view of the Jade Dragon Mountain, you must book this hotel. It is a five-star beauty. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend MountainTrip Resort. I give 5 stars for this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing view in each room. Excellent caring staff and a friendly touch. The children loved the animals.

Hotel staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and even arranged for a pick up service from the train station on the day of our check-in. We booked the room with the bathtub facing Yulong Snow Mountain and to be honest, it’s the best hotel experience we ever had! The view is unmatched to anything else we have seen, and the best thing is that it’s just in the comfort of our own room. Beside our balcony is a viewing point for the other guests of the hotel, so you can definitely hear guests speaking from the balcony all just enjoying the sunrise view. The hotel staff also arranged for transportation to Baisha Ancient Town on our first day and allowed us to check in early, which is something we really appreciate as we were tired from traveling. They also allowed us a late check out on our last day. We were also very thankful to Chen shuai ge who helped us with the booking of the tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain, although we ended up not going due to change in itinerary. Thank you for the warm welcome and we will definitely be back!
