This is my first time to experience this kind of pure Japanese-style hotel. Although I only stayed there for one night in a hurry, the experience was very rich and colorful. The service staff was warm and considerate. Although we relied almost entirely on translation machines and body language, it did not affect our communication. The aunt who was responsible for taking care of us would patiently help us change our clothes, remind us to appreciate the cherry blossoms, and ask us where to go. It felt like my own relatives were taking care of the children who came to travel. This is probably the meaning of a family hotel. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and sufficient! The girls really couldn't finish it! When I learned that someone of us had a birthday, I got a handwritten blessing card, which was very touching! Our friends agreed to stay more time to come here next time!

Located high above Yugawara, the balcony overlooks the town. It is very comfortable and suitable for relaxation every day when awakened by the morning light and birdsong. The hot spring is a real hot spring. Your skin will become smooth and translucent after soaking. There are 3 pools in total, 1 private bath requires reservation, and 2 rooftop pools can be entered when no one is there. Because there are not many rooms, you can basically enjoy it when you go there. The food is great and memorable. The service is warm and thoughtful. It feels that the employees here regard this place as home, and hope that every guest who comes here will feel like going home. It is worth going again. Looking forward to going again!

The hotel has a bit of history and isn't the most fashionable, but it's very clean. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful, not just nice attitude, close to butler service There is also a part where you can experience traditional bathrobes. Girls also have colorful bathrobes to choose from. The catering was great. The breakfast was very ceremonial. Due to our own reasons, we couldn't finish all the dinner courses, but it was also very thoughtful. It felt like a very high-level kaiseki. You can enter the private bath. There is a wooden tub in the room. The child suddenly had a fever and received medicine and Bingbao patches within a short period of time. It’s really a great niche hotel that’s worth a second visit.

I thought there was a hot spring pool in the room, but it turned out that I had to make a reservation for a private bath. Moreover, the private bath was a small Mouton, which could barely accommodate three children. Although the environment was beautiful, it was a bit stingy.

I stayed with three girls and an American friend. From check-in to check-out, we had a comfortable stay with the attentive service. You will be very satisfied with the hearty meals made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. I enjoyed the meals served in the room, which are rare these days. You can see the garden from your room, and you don't often see other guests, so you can relax in the private open-air bath at Hanamaru. Thank you. I'll come back later.

乳幼児複数連れで利用させていただきました。 お部屋は広く、広縁に置いてある椅子もとても座り心地が良かったです。 子供が壊してしまいそうな装飾品も移動していただき大変助かりました。 布団の敷き方などいろいろお願いをしてしまいましたが、快く応じていただけて嬉しかったです。 貸切風呂は予約制のものと屋上のものと両方入らせていただきました。 予約制の方では幼児用のおもちゃも置いてくださっていたので、子供が喜んでなかなかお風呂から上がってくれないほどでした。 どのお風呂も湯加減が良く、掃除がよくされていて、気持ちよく利用できました。 タオルがそれぞれのお風呂にたくさん備えられていたので、非常に助かりました。 部屋食は季節のものを使った和食で、どれも美味しくいただけました。 子供用の食事も美味しく、ビーフシチューはむしろ親が「私もこれ食べたい」となるほどでした。 大人の食事の量は女性でちょうど良いくらいでしたので、食べ盛りの男性だとお米をおかわりする必要があるかもしれません。 子供がちょろちょろ動き回る中での配膳にもかかわらずにこやかに対応していただき助かりました。 非常に子連れに優しく、ありがたいお宿でした。 また利用させていただきたいと考えています。
