We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and it was a real bargain!!! The hotel housekeeper service was great, and there were new flavors of drinks in the minibar every day. The environment was great and we saw a lot of monkeys. The restaurant was also delicious! This is my favorite hotel in Bali.

The environment is very good, and there is a butler service. The picture shows our butler, who can help me solve all the problems (even driving a car to take us to the nearby store to buy things). It is difficult to comment on one thing... because there are too many insects in the mountains, I have allergies when I go back...

I can only say that if you don’t have a heart that loves nature, don’t choose this place. I stayed there for two days at a loss. Although the breakfast was delicious, this place is not suitable for us at all. The toilet is outdoors and you have to urinate and defecate with the bugs. The location is far away from the urban area of ​​Ubud, and there are no facilities suitable for us in the museum. There is only nature, nature, nature...

Como, the third hotel in Bali this time, is my favorite. A little more expensive than Six Senses, but the details are much more exquisite and the hygiene is very good. Let’s talk about what you like about Como: 1. The room design, the bed frame is made of thick bamboo, the partition between the bedside and the bathroom is made of rocks, the wardrobe is made of beige curtains, and even the drawstrings are made of orange beads, and all the windows and doors are diffused. The woven structure wooden door that lets in the light has a special sense of life in nature. Sunlight penetrates into the room. The ice bucket is also made of wood and is equipped with a wooden spoon. The pillars of the floor lamp are also made of woven wood structure. All lampshades are a slightly translucent beige. The material is similar to air-dried leather, the foot pads at the door next to the bed are particularly beautiful, and the keys also come with colorful beads on a chain~ 2. The floor is very clean, you can go barefoot, and the hygiene is very good. Six Senses hygiene is very poor, but the floor is not clean, so you cannot go barefoot. 3. Como’s breakfast is delicious and served a la carte with rich varieties. (The food at Six Senses was very, very little, very poor, the worst among the luxury hotels I have ever stayed in, unbelievable) 4. The staff was very patient and friendly. They took us to the natural swimming pool and walked back and forth for about 50 minutes. There was no deposit required when we checked in. When we checked out, we were given the keys and it was over. There was no need to check the room. We were given a welcome bouquet when we arrived. Wear it around your neck, call me by name when leaving, and give me a keychain. (Six Senses, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to check out and check the room. It was a very formal attitude and not warm at all) 5. The hotel’s natural swimming pool is very healing. The scenery on the way down the mountain is beautiful and secluded. It’s perfect for hiking. The outdoor spa is also in the valley. I want to go again, have a spa in the valley and lie by the sky-blue swimming pool.

The environment is very beautiful, with a sense of integration between man and nature, lush trees, swimming pools in the woods, cicadas chirping, frogs croaking, streams gurgling, and blue skies. But the facilities are a bit too old, the bathtub and toilet feel old. We were woken up by a group of monkeys on the roof the next morning. The little monkeys were very cute and non-harmful.

Resort hotel ceilings are expensive, but worth it

Thank you to the lovely Budi, Kim, Yu Dian, Dimas and all the amazing staff that made our stay at Como Shambhala Estate an absolute dream. After our 3 day wellness path we left feeling revitalised and like a part of the Como family. Our only regret is not having stayed longer.

In all my global travels have i found this level of kind, caring, passionate, and this precise level of sophisticated service. They are simply magnificent. And the property is a dream. Did a wellness retreat with a friend & had the BEST time! Great massages & treatments, beautiful surroundings, delicious plant-based food, nourishing activities. I really enjoyed the Balinese gratitude ceremony with Yu Dian & the biking through the village with Sumara. We also got a personal assistant to help us schedule our wellness program & Maha was also so lovely !

We booked a 3-room villa. the standards are top luxury. the staff is very kind and professional. the estate is so quiet, charming and inspiring. it was a mystic experience for both my body and soul. the atmosphere is relaxing and very cosy. the big positive surprise is the walk around the estate and mostly to the spring pools that are closed to the river and in the middle of the jungle/forest.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Everything was simply perfect. A true balinese experience away from branded hotels. Spa, suite, outdoor area. Staff beyond fantastic. Food is healthy and tasty. Would visit again for sure. July is a great time

This was a lovely time from start until the end. The service was beyond brilliant. As a guest you could just let everything go because your butler and al the others had totally control over the next step without "to much" .... just perfect balance including a lit of joy and love. The food was healthy and fantastic and really top of the line. We just love the hold area with beautiful nature around. You can not ask for more then this... absolut one of the best hotel ... or maby the best you can find. The rooms are very big and beautiful but need little but of love and attention but not a big thing. Over al lovely. We went on a great biketrip, dont miss that one and also booked the lovely ceremoni and a wonderful massage...just perfect!!! As you can here.... you cant miss wonderful hotel and take the chance to meet this lovely staff.. Staying at Como Shambhala Estate was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. The entire estate, including the accommodation, the restaurants, the jungle surrounds, the wellness facilities, and the service is high quality and all designed with one objective: to make you feel relaxed. During our 4 night (5 day) stay we didn’t leave the estate; we didn’t need to. There’s a daily schedule of four activities from morning to afternoon that you can join in, or just do your own thing. We joined in the yoga, Pilates, meditation, and hydrotherapy classes. And in our own time we swam in the natural pools and our private residence pool, used the gym, read books in the ‘tea house’, walked the ‘estate walk’ through the jungle, had afternoon naps, and got massages and other spa treatments. Thanks to our personal assistant Dimas, he was so attentive and helpful and made our stay extra special.
