We booked a two bedroom room at this hotel. Overall our experience was good. + * Location was good and the check in and check out procedure was quick and painless. * The price was very reasonable and the staff very friendly. - * There was no cleaning service. You can ask the staff to come in and clean but all they do is empty the garbage bins. When you are at the beach every day you will bring sand back to the room all the time so for 5 days we had sandy floors and sandy beds. * There were no real towels in the room but disposable ones that you use once and throw away. As someone who cares about the environment I cannot accept this. We have to do better and normal towels can be washed and used again. Note that you will pay 200rmb as a deposit for bedding but it was quickly reimbursed even without checking. Also the location pin on Trip.com is not correct for this hotel. We had to ask at another hotel and they called someone to take us to it.

The hotel is very conveniently located and our room has a projector. The manager will go out of his way to help you and make you feel at home. We had a great stay and lots of fun! Even though we were stranded here during the pandemic the manager took great care of us and made us lots of coffee.

Had a great time staying here, the owner is so friendly. He helped us out so much. It’s a great location too, in the middle of everything but tucked away so your can’t hear anything. Perfect

Very clean and nice hotel, new, comfortable location. Just around the corner from the main gate to Houhai village. 1 minute from the beach and the Main Street with all pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable soft beds and pillows. Hairdryer, slippers, shampoo, kettle are available. Friendly staff. Boss of the hotel was very kind and helped us to carry our luggage to the main gate of the village.

Wonderful hotel right by the taco truck. Is clean and seems quite new. excellent value for the price; would stay here again!

One small complaint is that I specifically booked the room with a protector so that we could watch movies, but when we ask the staff how to use it they say they don't know. we figured it out eventually, but I don't understand what the point is of advertising a room with a projector if the workers have no idea how to use it

This place was very good and hospitable. They kept very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They even made sure we were comfortable and made coffee. They have great rates and for sure if I come to Sanya, THIS is the place I’m staying.

Check in was a little troublesome, but it was sorted eventually. The room was good for the price and comfy bed.

This time I came to Houhai and found a very good B&B. The environment was very good, and it was quiet and pleasant. It was less than a minute away from the beach and just over a minute away from the snack street. It was so comfortable. The most important thing is that I have never seen such a large bed room in the same price range, as well as the store's attentive service and the reliable and effective travel information provided to me. It is very cost-effective. Very nice. Next time I come, I’ll come to his house.

The location is good. It's close to Wuzhizhou Island. It's only a 2-minute walk away. The transportation is convenient. Because we want to go to the island to visit, we provide free luggage storage. The hotel service is really good. The rooms are comfortable and hygienic. The service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide a variety of services. Help, the little girl is very enthusiastic and deserves a reward.

I chose this B&B when I came to Houhai. I had a pleasant experience. The room was very cozy, clean and hygienic, and it was not noisy when I slept. It has complete facilities and the owner is very nice and responsive! I also experienced surfing at his house, and the instructor was very attentive! Must praise! ! !
