We had a very pleasant stay at Atour S. the breakfast was fantastic and the service impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel! It even has robots who will bring your takeouts to your room. Lovely!

The hotel is pretty average. In the positive side, it is clean and the bed is comfortable. It is quite noisy at nights (even with the aircon turned off), so noisy that they provide earplugs. The location is a bit far off the bus stop or metro. The food is ok.

Nothing much nearby. Not for shopping trip. Room is clean and big, strong aircon, but bed quality can be improved. Noticed almost all the appliances in the hotel and toilet amenities are local brand. Good to create local brand awareness and so far everything works well except for their coffee machine in the cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable but cannot compare to international branded hotels. Coffee is HORRIBLE, please change your coffee machine.. cooked food is cold and not properly covered and saw flies around the food. If you do not have local chinese phone, u cannot connect to their wifi. Television shows all local channels. Price point is almost the same as some international brand names but overall gives off a feeling that they are actually more inclined towards local chinese customers. Staff attitude is excellent but a little too pushy to keep asking you for a 5 star rating review online. Overall still a pleasant stay. Thanks.

Kecheng's service is good. Tea is served when checking in. My wife was hungry late at night and they specially sent porridge and snacks. The service is very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the soundproofing is good. I will choose Atour next time
