Very nice atmosphere

The staff is friendly and courteous, dedicated to customer service, and aware of our needs in a timely manner. The facilities are not only clean and tidy, but also have several hot springs available. This time we relaxed physically and mentally.

Very good experience, excellent hotel service, very clean rooms, excellent one night two meals, will go to this hotel again next time.

It was more than I expected!! I walked from the terminal for about 10 minutes and came back completely exhausted!! The hot springs were great and breakfast and dinner were both delicious!!!

Very good! The front desk is very friendly! English communication is barrier-free! There are three hot springs to soak in. After entering, turn on the "in use" sign at the door, which is equivalent to a private hot spring. You can soak in it and see three different views. It's also great! There is also a small hot spring in the room, which is great

This was a truly satisfactory accommodation. The price is reasonable, the service is good, the location is great, and the ryokan is really good. However, I think it would be better if you set a set time for staying at the ryokan.

Overall I was satisfied. The staff were very friendly, and the location wasn't bad. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility and the hot springs, but the soundproofing was a bit lacking.

Yufuin stayed at this B&B. It’s a 15-minute walk from JR station. Google navigation is convenient. It’s in a small alley. The room is not big but you can take a bath in the indoor bath. This is pretty good. The breakfast is a Japanese set meal and it’s delicious. Pingjinlin Lake is not far away. You can go there early in the morning for a stroll. There are few people and the scenery is beautiful.

I didn't have a hot spring in my private room, but I used the public bath outside that I could use privately~ The water was good and the room was really clean and comfortable! However, I think it would have been better if the kaiseki was a little warmer~ I plan to use it again next time I go to Yufuin.

It was difficult to walk for 10-13 minutes with a suitcase from Yufuin Station. I had no regrets after seeing the accommodation! I stayed in a standard Japanese style room, and it was nice because it was spacious even with two suitcases spread out, and the bedding was thick and warm. Everyone says they hate indoor hot springs because they are stuffy, but since only hot springs have shower facilities, it would be nice to take a warm shower in the indoor hot springs and enjoy other hot springs in the winter. If I go to Fukuoka or Yufuin again, I think I will stay at Kotonokashin again.

Advantages 1. Close to the main shopping street. 2. There is a large supermarket nearby 3. Close to a casual restaurant (Joyful) where you can dine at night. 4. Private house!! (Some are not private houses) 5. 3 private hot springs that can be used comfortably at any time 6. The room is neat and the interior space is spacious. 7. Yukata provided. disadvantage 1. Wi-Fi does not work in the room. Feels like it only works near the front conclusion * I am willing to stay again if I visit Yufuin in the future.

I regret asking for breakfast. But the hot springs and accommodation were all so nice. Have a good rest. I would like to come again next time.
