The hostel is great, the room is clean, the soundproofing is ok and the food is great. While the hostel is not at a walkable distance from the scenic spot, they will drive you there and pick you up for a fee. They can also drive you to the bus station if you wish to visit the red stone forest park or Zuolong Gorge. The owner and his family are really nice, while they do not speak English, they do not mind using alipay or other translation app to communicate. They will also pick you up at the train station if you call and ask them to(if you don't speak Chinese, go to the tourist office(you can also buy the ticket to the town there) at the station and they will call them for you).

The living is very comfortable and relaxing. The farmhouse draws its own spring water from the mountain, so it is safe to drink. A simple free breakfast is provided, and lunch and dinner can be ordered at will. The food is delicious and the price is affordable. The boss and his family were very warm and hospitable. They took the initiative to ask about our various needs and even provided us with water guns to wash our car for free. The farmhouse is only a few minutes' drive from Furong Town. He specifically told us not to drive there by ourselves, saying that parking would be charged and the road was narrow and easy to scratch. He personally drove us to the gate of the scenic area and repeatedly told us to call him after the tour so that he would pick us up. He did not let us walk back by ourselves because he was afraid that the road was dark and dangerous. It was really thoughtful and warm, and we were deeply touched. The next morning we went to the Red Stone Rock Geological Park, a natural landscape of red lava excavated from the ground, which is well worth a visit. It is 19 kilometers away from the farmhouse. The ticket price is 120 yuan. People aged 60 to 65 are half price, and people aged 65 are free. There is free parking in front of the gate. At noon we returned to the farmhouse for lunch. The stir-fried dishes were fragrant and delicious, with large portions and affordable prices. We enjoyed the meal very much. The boss also specially brewed the famous local plum tea for us, which was fragrant and mellow. This homestay is excellent in all aspects. We strongly recommend that travelers coming to Furong Town choose to stay here. Do not stay in the scenic area or on the streets near the scenic area, which are very crowded and messy, and there is nowhere to park.
