Satisfied. The hotel boasts a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, offering excellent connections to the Shinkansen, multiple JR lines, and Yokohama's municipal subway. The surrounding area is a newer district, predominantly a business hub with many office buildings and commuters. Shin-Yokohama Park is also a short walk away; it's a sprawling green space featuring a small river, a large stadium, and various smaller sports fields. It's an ideal spot for morning jogs and workouts, pleasantly busy in the early hours but never feeling congested. You'll find an abundance of restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby. This is a reasonably priced chain hotel with modern decor and well-maintained facilities. As anticipated, the room was compact but impeccably clean, and all amenities were in perfect working order (I didn't get to use the microwave). Each room includes a private bathroom. Considering the 337 RMB per night price after various Ctrip discounts, I was extremely satisfied.

It was ok .. the front guy gave me wrong directions to Kawaguchiko He should pay bit more attention how guest want to get somewhere because in Japan most place sound similar

Clean up are prompt as long u place the magnet on the door before 11am. Hotel room was extremely small,not much space to put luggage if u are travelling as a family. There were only 2 of us. Barely space to walk. Location was wonderful and right next to ramen Museum. Aircon was so dusty that’s it is totally not cold. Have to open the wall vent for natural air to come in.

Good hotel. But very small room 🙈. i know that for Japanese people it’s ok. But for us it’s like a cage )

Good for business trips. The room was small but nothing special. There was a microwave in the room which was very convenient. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is big enough for soaking, no problem with water, the room is quite narrow but comfortable

Very bad place, don't choose this place if you want to stay near Shin-Yokohama Station. At 4 o'clock in the morning, the downstairs started to clean up the garbage, but I didn't know what they were cleaning. It kept making noise for half an hour. How could I sleep? I didn't sleep well for 2 nights in a row, and no one cleaned the room. There was only one person at the service desk, and no one else could be found. The price was expensive, and there was no value for money at all. Bad review.

Near train station, convenience store

The location is very good. You can reach the station in two minutes after walking downstairs.
