The service was good. Front desk explanation was very clear. It was a good place for eating and drinking too. Many bars and restaurant around the area. Will stay again next time.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I stayed in this time. There was a large bowl of ramen and human hair under the bed, and it was very unsanitary. When I contacted the front desk, three cleaning staff came and were not surprised to see the ramen, but just started picking it up, which was an unpleasant response. When I asked to change rooms, I was initially told to go to the third floor, but when I went there, there was no one there, and when I checked with the front desk again, I was told to change to a room on the second floor. Furthermore, the new room I was shown was said to be a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled of cigarettes and I could not stay comfortably. It was very dirty, and the staff's response was inconsistent, so I am very dissatisfied. There was nothing good about it other than the fact that it was cheap. I will never use it again.

It was great to have the experience here. Beautiful, comfortable and attentive service.

They provided free ice cream, and there were many options for amenities, so I was able to stay cheaply lol. It's also in a convenient location.

The check-in time was different from what was previously announced, which was inconvenient. The facilities were average.

This is my first time in Yokohama. I can't say enough about this hotel. The location is average. The neighborhood is quite dirty. The hotel facilities are old. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The bedding doesn't feel clean either. I don't recommend it at all.
