Fast, safe and everything is fine.

Besides the breakfast it doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel, staff don't speak English, service is poor and slow, room was dirty

Good hotel, clean helpful staff Lots of restaurants, food , drinks in the area

This hotel is one of the best in town, but there are several issues that need attention. Employees are smoking in the restrooms and even in the gym. The gym has broken equipment, and the mats are left uncleaned, accumulating sweat. Additionally, there are no hand towels or paper products in the bathroom, and there is no soap available. It’s disappointing to see such a great hotel neglecting these important details.

A short stay but a great trip and friendly staff. Peter at the front desk was very helpful!

Overall shangri-la style hotel except for 2 things 1. Toilet has a little stench going on 2. 2/10 breakfast Other than that check-in staff Evelyn Wang has been very attentive and friendly

I think there are better options. For a Shangri-La hotel, I don't think it's as good as others. The gym and breakfast are pretty poor for a Shangri-La hotel. Plus, they open at 7:00 a.m., so if you're traveling early, you won't be able to use the gym or have breakfast. Wǒ rènwéi hái yǒu gèng hǎo de xuǎnzé. The location was everything for me, shopping mall with all key brands in Glory mall, can walk to all market districts, the height of the hotel was awesome. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 29th floor, good view.

Our stay was amazing , huge thanks to Miss KERMAN at the front desk ,she was very helpful in everything , helped us with an upgrade to a suite , check in and check out was quick . The room was spacious and clean . Definitely the best hotel in yiwu . Will be back for sure next time

The hotel located in very good area in yiwu down the hotel there’s big mall and good restaurants, for the hotel it’s clean and the views is nice , and one of the TOP favorite things about the hotel their manger KERMAN She’s the best working hard and nice to everyone and smart

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

每次很满意的酒店🥰 I was really comfortable to stay this hotel. Especially I really appreciate to “余小慧 “🫶🏼and “Mia Hu”🫶🏼, they served with the greatest care to us. And the hotel condition was very good. All employees are very kind to customers. Also the distance to 国际商贸城，no more close than this hotel. I think the best of hotel in China that I vistited.👍🏻 So I want to visit again when I come back to Yiwu.😎
